Customer complaint burner not working. Upon arrival I found the right front door burner not working in further diagnostics. I found the burner switch went bad and is burnt. "866-333-4591 help line for wifi. When I arrived the customer had another service company out for her garage door. She led me upstairs to the unit and there were 2 people doing yoga, customer apologized to the 2 people saying, sorry guys, repair guy for the oven is here as well. Almost as if it was an inconvenience. I asked her what was wrong with the unit. She explained what was wrong and asked if I was able to Assist her with the connecting the unit to WiFi. I informed her that I will not be able to help and that if she needed assistance with WiFi that she can contact whirlpool and give her the information needed. I attempted multiple times to enter diagnostics. Cycled power to see if this would help. Still no successful entry, I informed the customer that I would have to step out to make a quick call to tech line, Techline provided me with a number for WiFi assistance but he also stated that I need to turn the knob slowly to get successful entry. I informed the Techline that I would call back if I needed further assistance, no SR provided. After multiple attempts at getting the unit in diagnostics I was finally able to enter. Was not able to retrieve any error codes and was kicked back out of diagnostics. Was going to cycle the power and the customer asked if she could use the stove top to cook food, I informed her that she can not until I finish diagnosing her product. There was more frustration. I stepped back out to contact my office for assistance. I came back in to attempt to get error codes again and thats when I noticed that the customer was bickering about technical difficulties, one was recording me with her phone. When I noticed she was recording set the leveling legs back in play and re installed the doors and informed her that I will not be able to diagnose her product anymore and that she can contact my office or Whirlpool if she has any questions. Also want to note that the customer stated that her builder told her that the oven was replaced. Issues with product include; when starting broil on right oven the led indicator just blinks in white twice, bake on the right side works fine. Left side is a bake only. When attempting to start the left side the igniter/spark diode clicks but no gas is sent to the burner. Possible parts needed to repair unit may be a regulator and or control. Unit requires second opinion per Brian."

Customer states that after my last repair and after using the product that it sounds way better. Replaced damaged shield. Unit tests fine.

In replacing gear case the stator mounting screw broke off inside gear case shaft. Un removable. Unit will need new gear case assy. Left basket/ tub ring out of unit, should be a straight forward repair on return. Ck unit upon arrival and found front range glass completely broken customer was cooking in the oven and when they went to open the door to get the food out the front glass just cracked and broke it looks like one of the hinges was not seated compleatly in the reciever which may of caused it and it needs to be replaced I installed new glass and workers inspect the glass and I also took pictures

Found drain hose is connected to another drain hose up high, have customer remove drain hose to hold over sink in small room in basement and found human pop. Main drain is high than washer drain all access usage on main floor comes down to washer. After customer remove hose while holding over sink and ran drain and spin unit drains perfect with no issue customer would will correct and figure out a different solution for washer drain ; used 1 W11643701 (Harness), and 1 W11755726XXX (CLIP) from stock"

Ck unit upon arrival and found F8E1 long fill. Check and found customer had temperature option set to cold but and hit water option off inform customer that cold option still called for hot water. Customer stated that he only wants to use cold water which I then inform customer to select Tap Cold option ran quick wash and unit working with no issue

Cust does have receipt can not work on unit and if they did cosmetic would not be covered

Replaced inlet thermostat tested operation cust put clothes in usually lasts 2 minute then gives f3e3 code we set to 40 min an it went to 35 without code if cust calls back order control W11618916 to return

Ck unit upon arrival and install drain pump and control and same issue occur. Take unit to back of shop outdoor and connect water to unit and contact and spoke with randy for advice. Remove pressure switch hose from tub and fill tube and water pours out hole from tub no blockage there also inspect hose for any hole or cuts and found no hole after reinstalling pressure hose with drain hose drain pumps shut off and only comes on when operating to drain during normal operation ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W10919003 DRAIN PUMP

Rf is at 35. Icemaker does not have fill tube, just water line coming in, incorrectly installed from store (add on icemaker)and not sealed, hole to back cabinet. Frost build up on first couple of turns of evap only. Possible Sealed system issue, but also air leak from incorrect icemaker installation and likely reason of warm fr.Cs had kit pieces from icemaker install, but was missing clamp from water line to fill tube. Advised to contact store and have them install properly.Filled cabinet hole with permagum to allow unit to cool properly."
