I found hub spines were also defective. I also found wash plate agitator lower unit. Spines are worn out still barely there practically gone. I found the gearcase lower gear had dropped down causing issue to occur. Ordering case, lower agitator and shield as a shield was melted. No additional issues found with washing machine today install the cam and the hub so customer could use it as a temporary use. "Customer complained unit wont do anything at all . Lights come on. Upon arrival plugged unit in and started normal wash. Unit filled and started washing, canceled cycle and Ran diagnostics and no error codes present. Ran service mode all functions working. Ran unit through another bulky items load with auto sensing selected. Unit filled and and about overfilled , checked pressure line, took it off on both sides and found no holes or cuts holds air when blowing in it. Pressure hose is good. Hole on tub is not covered or obstructed by anything. Checked in outer tub and nothing obstructing pressure line on outer tub. Called techline due to another pressure system issue at board. Ran another normal wash auto sense, unit filled all the way to plastic tub ring, took picture and sent to techline, unit kept filling.drained unit checked for error codes, none present. Was in with techline for 30-40 mins. Techline putting unit in for product review. Informed customer someone will be contacting him in 3-5 business days with further information. Sr# 7740193224"
