No light on control. Checked voltage at terminal and getting 5vac from l1 to neutral, 120 to ground, after disconnected to test and reconnecting, now getting 156vac l1 to neutral. Verified voltages at another outlet reading fine once disconnected/connected again back to neutral failure. Cs has an electrical issue. Once corrected we could diagnose rest of unit if assembled. As is would need a control, dispenser and clamp at minimum . Saved estimate. Denied repair, collected for service call only. Paid via check"

Ran unit and found no error checked air flow when running and found unit not sucking out air good enough, pulled unit forward and found vent crushed in back and venting not venting properly due to blocked vent. Advised customer on getting vent cleaned. Wile running unit would thump found rollers had flat spots in them, replaced with kit and unit is now clean and running normally just customer house vent needs to be cleaned"
