Complaint lower oven is not heating at all. "Trip covered by authorization. Trips breaker while preheating, says they reset breaker, does this a couple times, then works and cooks fine after that. Is on a 50A breaker.Ran a broil first and working fine, switched to bake and at 320 the breaker tripped. Breaker not warm. Terminal connections good, customer network l looks good, outlet contacts/ plug look good, no scorch marks any where. Unit preheated to 350 fine on second attempt.24 ohms on bake element. Did find 240vac to broil less then a second when brake cycles, voltage large at both is what was found when this last happened in 2022 and control was replaced.Called techline gave findings and history and he verified unit will get voltage to boil during preheat and occasionally switch on during bake. "Replaced inverter board d for F5e1 inverter failure code. Still gives error. Verified 120vac coming to the inverter, voltage going to magnetron wouldve be beyond readable value. Only other connection from inverter would be logic micro voltage wires to control. Discussed finding with Randy at office. In warranty all three (inverter, magnetron, control are advised to be replaced as one can take out the others.) most logical failure at this point is the magnetron as unit regulator me for a couple seconds before giving error and do not hear the magnetron kick on. Explained there is still a possibility of a control issue, but next logical part would be the magnetron.Agreed to go ahead with magnetron, no additional labor, part only which has been paid to n full via cc. Complaint that the dryer is not drying properly and taking too long. Found flame not strong enough. Found gas valve on the home was not opened all the way. Opening that valve to max open would shut off the gas. Brought back the valve a 1/4 of the way and got good gas pressure to the dryer again. Gas valve on the wall needs to be verified.
