Confirmed purchase date and took picture of receipt. Found that noise was caused by a screw caught between front of drum and frame. Removed front and removed screw. Customer also complained of lint filler not catching all of the lint. Inspected chute and found no issues with chute or blower wheel. Did find vent hose too long with to many turns. Advised customer that this is the issue. Creating back pressure and causing both lint issue and dryer to overheat. Hose needs to be as short and straight as possible.

Checked bellow inside and outside, no leaks around bellow. No sign of water damage inside/ under machine. Informed customer unit working.
