The cx said it normally happens whenever more times are put in the FC.I took temps for each area. The FC was set to -6 it read 2. He RC was set to 37 it read 42. I checked the rear of the unit, the compressor is working fine. I did notice the condenser fan is running really slow, to the point I can stop it was my hand and it has trouble starting again by itself. The incoming voltage to the fan is 12vdc as designed. The condensers low fan speed to hindering the cooling of the unit. The unit needs a new condenser fan to resolve the issue. "Complaint washer works just fine. It just will not dispense fabric softener fabric softener still remaining at the end of the cycle. Issue is a recently occurring issue. I found hot water valve had been turned off recently due to the valve leaking. This machine requires hot water for the fabric softener dispenser to work properly. No further issues or abnormal noises heard with washing machine at this time. As soon as customer is able to get water leaking issue, controlled or fixed and resume with hot water issue should remedy itself by turning on hot water"

9-1 9-2 complaint dishwasher leaking . I found diverter assembly is leaking. On this specific model you cannot replace entire sump motor assembly. Unit has to be rebuilt. Piece by piece unit unit will need hose kit. Unit will need diverter assembly. Unit will need sump kit unit will need Gromit to fix main wash. Motor is working perfectly fine with no further issues found at this time.customer declined repair today is going to look at replacement options

Complaint of sometimes stopping and things start to defrost. Also says is making some noises. Unit running on arrival and no unusual noises. Verified gaskets not sealing, door direction had been switched, flipped door gaskets , reformed and sealing fine. Did add washer to fr door hinge for better contact with top cabinet"

"Custom complained unit not cooking in oven properly. Issue with bake, unit stops working in. Bake. Surface element ok. Replaced control board on previous call. Thermostat checks ok. Ran unit and checked temps with k type thermostat. Set to 350deg . Got 280? avg temp. Temp sensor was 1.7ohm and 1.7 ohm at board. Proper voltage to unit. Both elements getting voltage and heating. Installed control on last call. Called techline. Techline said to run 6 temp avg to get proper reading. Set to350? got temp sensor is reading temps correctly. Tech line said to replace temp sensor. Used different k type thermometer and ran 6 temp avg and got 329? set to 350? Unit seems to be working as designed now. Sr#7739210925 customer convinced unit not working properly, informed him temps are proper and have been the whole hour I was here, ( frost temp check was equipment failure) verified unit working as designed. ; used 1 Wpw10181986 (Sensor) from stock"

Cx complaint that the unit is not progressing through cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. All components worked except spin and agitate. Error code: f7e1 appeared after the service cycle. The unit needs a new capacitor to resolve the issue. I replaced the capacitor with 1 from TS and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.; used 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR/INTER COIL) from stock
