"Checked over unit and found temps in fridge 40 degrees freezer 25 degrees, checked frost patterns and found frost only part way on freezer side. Ran diagnostics and step 4 checking compressor found coil valve not releasing causing poor cooling. Sweep unit and recharged with 5.6 oz reset coil valve and unit is now frosting up fully and cycling to each section."

"Led lights out and torn gasket. Was able to move a side light to top to get the top and freezer light working but the removed left side light wires broke inside cabinet during removal ( pulled out of harness wires fuse inside cabinet unrepairable. A set of wires were under light, and thought they were wires to harness, but after cutting and attempting to install found that was wires going down to lower light on left. power is going through broken wires inside cabinet (can short them and other lights come on) those wires will not pull out and inaccessible.Did not install gasket with lights being unrepairable ( also other left side gasket is also torn)Called techline and documented. Wasnt able to upload image sr#7741995626 but all in notes, lines broken inside cabinet are un repairable.If contract just allow some lights to be out this will need two ff door gaskets. I found error codes F3e2 f0e5 f2e1 f7e3 I cleared error codes I found gear case is leaking oil I found bearing on gear case is easily able to move side the side and has been rubbing on your case slider clutch housing and causing damage to clutch slider rotor stater pretty much all lower in parts associated with gear case I also found water inlet valve cold cycle. Cold valve is failing making high-pitched squealing noise when activated. Complaint door will not shut. Will not start any cycles. I found latch hook had been pushed in too far spring spring. Quoted customer for new latch no further issues found customer is going to consider repairing potentially is going to think about it as of right now.

Heating Element - SP W11540964 - Special Project S17304 - Heater Bushing I replaced heater bushings per service pointer special project. Additional complaint dishwasher will not power on dishwasher. Makes a clicking noise nonstop. I found main control has failed. I found user interface has failed. I found main wash motor has failed. Unit will need associated parts extended warranty when looking at information is not for a dishwasher extended warranty is for an icemaker. Customer will need to contact Lowes extended warranty program and go through Lowes extended warranty program to have dishwasher repair repaired fully Customer name may need to contact Maytag and discuss trait with trade care team about icemaker because customer stated she never purchased an extended warranty on her dishwasher through the manufacturer. ; used 1 W11537778 (HEATER W/NUTS) from stock

"When attempting to start the unit LEDs and buttons would engage normally but nothing would happen. Entered diagnostics and found no error codes present. Checked my connections and re secured connections to ui, still no operation. Left unit off via breaker while inspecting main control under unit. Unplugged and secured communication harness between ui and control, powered unit back on and now unit starts and operating fine. When attempting to turn on light before it wouldnt turn on but the sound would engage as if it was on. Now the lights turn on amd unit started heating. If call back order 1 ui W11492297 and 1 main control W11385634."

"Complaint normal cycle will not function at all. Not drying dishes push buttons to activate high temp wash or heater or also not working timer knob when turned to normal wash will not do anything just sits on normal forever no noises know anything. Have to slam door excessively hard multiple times to get dishwasher to start a cycle . Have to put it on pots and pans or heavy wash for anything to work unit not drying properly either everything still soaking wet at the end of the cycle.white foam was coming out the bottom of the door, the other day all over flooring. Complain detergent from door everything else is working fine I found detergent solenoid had come disconnected from linkage mechanism. I resecured solenoid reattached linkage to solenoid tested operations. Everything working fine no further issues found with dishwasher at this time.

"Removed and replaced main control. Plugged unit back in, compressor would not start, checked and found no power to compressor. Evaporator fan not running and no light in freezer. Disassembled freezer section, found no power going to evaporator fan either. Called tech line spoke to Edwin SR# 7742000615. Went through tests with him and sent pictures. Unit has an internal wiring issue. He deemed it unrepairable and is submitting for replacement. Said customer should hear something in 3 to 5 business days. Called customer, got voicemail. Left message with findings and that he should hear from Whirlpool."

Check power at outlet and found from L1 to Neutral I get 8VAC and same from L2 To Neutral inform customer she would a electrician customer has electrical issue

Ck unit upon arrival and found drain hose is not manufacturers and the drain is connected is not a proper drainage setup. Also found drain pump running consistently even while unit is filling. Ran unit with deep wash and no leaks coming from unit but I did find a lot of water leaking from where the hose is connected to the copper pipe. Inform customer connection for drain hose will not be covered due to non manufacturers. Customer will correct drain issue. Complaint opened the door to the dryer at the end of the cycle and now dryer will not work anymore. Will not heat will not cycle. No lights on the interior. I found receptacle outlet issue incoming voltage 78 V AC across red and black should be 240 I can wiggle power cord in the wall and voltage goes to 246 Vwhen dryer is powered on it will heat if I hold power cord just right timer is working all lights and functions are working properly. Voltage goes from 246 V AC to 240 V AC severe voltage drop occurring due to incoming voltage issues. Replaced timer prior to checking voltages.

Complaint loud squealing noise throughout entire cycle from start to finish. I found idler pulley was completely locked up as well as the two rear roller police. Replaced component kit tested operations no more abnormal squealing or noises heard everything working properly as of now.

Manually ran agitator and it would work Gearcase and stator are not pulling slider done to wash.
