"Load of towels in unit on arrival, cs not here. Unit went into full spin and drain fine with that load.After load spun out fine I put same load back in and ran quick wash. Went through fill and into agitate fine. Cancelled and drained fine, ran drain and spin fine. Load is a small bath rug and some towels, heavy load that can get off balance easily.Did notify them to keep an I of rubber hose that you as added to drain hose, they tend to crushed under their weight eventually and cause unit to not drain. Set up looks like the addition can just be removed and just use whirlpool supplied drain hose direct to stand pipe and that would be suggested method.No problem found, unit operating fine with load cs left in unit and no signs of grinding that unit was doing before repair."

Complaint unit leaking on floor has caused flooring damage to occur intermittently. You dont make a loud noise buzzing noise that will not stop. I found lower evaporator fan motor is failing will need new lower evaporator fan motor and defrost sensor to repair. Will also need to clear and verify drain tube is clear as well. Customer declined repair today is going to sleep on it and call us back.

Replaced sensor if it reoccurs it will need the control replaced W11548534 per tech support ; used 1 W10316760 (THERMISTOR) from stock

"SR#7741632264. Customer states that Lancaster county gas came out and stated that there is no leak at her unit. Unit was not red tagged. Gas was off and customer states that the gas company turned off the gas. Confirmed unit is not leaking and the customers complaint was that the knobs were loose and could cause issues. Contacted safety and documented. Left gas OFF, customer was on the phone with Lancaster gas and they were on speaker. Lancaster gas said they had no report of their unit being shut off by there technicians. But there was a report of them coming to her property. Customer just needs new knobs. Plastic has broke and metallic sleeves have come loose."

Complaint that the refrigerator is noisy once installed the new compressor. Verified all tubing and any possible vibrations and causes. Found no issues. Explained to the customer that this compressor has this particular sound to it and its what GE has as original replacement part as compressor. Customer will call office and GE to verify if this sound is normal.

Unit is on supported floor in room with second front load washer/ dryer set from ge which has no issues in comparison, but is on opposite wallNo errors in history cs say loads are wet, water in unit at end of some cycles. Can feel flow vibrating when unit is in spin. Unit is outside pointer on squeaking dampers, but hearing squeaking took off boot and in checking dampers found it to be the pedestal that is squeaking (stops with drawer open). Drawer resisted opening all the way and when. Did made a snap like noise and now opening/closing fine and no longer squeaking like before open or closed, sounded like rail was slightly off but now In place.Ran test 12 and unit went through all cycles fine. No issues found, so main squeaking sound looks to be resolved.One isolation pad behind unit and mark on floor looks like they were used previously, could try to use, but raising height more not suggested, shouldnt hurt but not likely to help much. Verified drain is in stand pipe correctly, no wobble between basket and tub.Called techline to document.
