"Cx did not know how to use product, was not using induction cookware, kept changing stories, demonstrated how to use unit production. Asked cx for a cast iron pan. Informed him all cookware must be able to be magnetized to work. Informed cx since there is no fault with unit there is a trip fee, cx refused to pay and said he should have been told about the unit requirements because nobody reads the owner manual. Unit working as designed."

"Unit is under 1yr additional rent a center warranty per service bench. Complaint of intermittent water dispenser failure. Daughter said some days work, others it does not. Tests fine during visit, good water flow. Lower door harness intact, couple missing screws to toe plate reinstalled. Door switch working fine. Temperatures are good. No problem found at this time. It is a tube style reservoir which can freeze easier and would explain intermittent operation, nothing blocking by upper vent. Explained to cs todays finding via phone and she said it only happens in winter, so again freely no reservoir likely. Suggest they can set rf one setting warmer."
