"Arrived and just before I got to work I rediagnosed, found no error codes and unit spinning as expected despite slight wobble mentioned on prior visit. Found drain line is very high exceeding 6ft, contacted tech support and they confirmed through photo visual that drain line is to high. This can cause to much water to siphon back into the tub which can re-wet the clothes and/or cause the tub to go off balance effectively causing the clothes to not spin out. Advised customer to have a plumber investigate the drain to see if anything can be done to lower the stand pipe, also provided customer with SR # listed below to contact customer service for any further guidance. "Tested unit and found unit would error out and drain never washing, checked errors and found 8-4 over fill switch open 9-2 drain motor issue, removed drain pan and empty water ran a test cycle checking for leaking and found water dripping from water line connection tightened up line and stopped the drip. Ran a diagnostics cycle clearing errors and checking unit advised water was dripping from water line I had tightened it up but it should be replaced warranty does not cover water lines. Complete icemaker in the freezer leaking cannot get it to stop no matter what no lights in the top of the refrigerator section When doors opened and closed makes a horrible noise middle drawer just falls out when open have to constantly put back on track.
