Called techline. Checked several tests in service mode to check for issue with dc voltage. Tests 3,15,36,57. All dc voltage parts working properly. Asked customer and Issue isnt fixed when power cycled. Issue fixes itself. Techline said to get customer to run drop chord to outlet and plug in simple light to see if light is effected while refrigerator is malfunctioning to see if its a power replaced issue. If light isnt effected while refrigerator is malfunctioning issue is with refrigerator. Informed customer to call back if issue persists. Unit was working as designed while on site. SR#7737592635."

"Complaint making an abnormal noise the unit has never made before. I ran unit through a wash cycle with laundry in it I could not duplicate any abnormal noises. I could not find any issues with gearcase or clutch underneath washing machine or drive belt could not find any issues with the water inlet valve assemblies at this time unit went all the way up and to high Speed. No abnormal vibrations only abnormal noise I heard or no abnormal noise was the drain hose slapping on the back of the wash machine, which is normal noise. Cannot duplicate noise at this time. Customer stated she did not hear the noise this time either."

"Found terminal block broken off and wires touching the back panel, tested both bake and broil elements and both were ok. Unit getting a proper 240 at the outlet. Replaced terminal block and ran a preheat cycle which was ok. Called whirlpool to document light smoke coming from cooktop of unit to assure customer since unit was never ran it will need to be preheated at 450 for 30 min to burn off excess oils from manufacturer. Checked suction line for heat and noticed cap tubing at die dryer leaking oil, die dryer leaking at crimp witch leaked out all oil burning up compressor. "Complaint, back wall of fresh food zone is turning. Into blocks of ice. Have to chip away. Also not cooling properly. Also not making ice in upper or lower icemaker. Not dispensing water. I found damper door is stuck. Open is not closing in diagnostics. I found isolation valve has failed not allowing water to enter Into refrigerator at all. I found condensation and rust on the back wall behind refrigerator indicating a void in insulation voids and insulation are considered non-repairable. Customer declined repair today to have valve and air baffle tower replaced. Unit is 44? in fresh food zone as of right now was set at 38?. Heavy frost and snow all around icemaker indicating air leak occurring in ice box fresh food zone as well."
