"Complaint washing machine will end the cycle and chime, and then power itself back on and continue filling with water not agitating not doing anything to turn water off to entire house when leaving house time will go crazy up and down every couple minutes when this issue occurs. Issue is very random. I found f0e3 overloaded or items between agitator and tub in crevasse f9e2 water hazard unable to drain or drain hose issues pressure switch f8e3 over flow or potential flood condition detected f2e3 ui mismatch f6e3 communication issues acu to ui. I found hot water valve in test 2 will not turn off staying tuck on when test is turned off same with test 6. Unit is draining water out fine with no issues. Found noise coming from drain hose hitting cabinet causing a loud noise, strapped drain hose in place to stop from rubbing ran a wash and a spin cycle and unit is now spinning and washing properly. Advised if any off balance load they need to pause machine adjust clothing and restart. All operations now working to factory specs"

Complaint front left burner center burner front and single right burner are slow to ignite center. Front will not spark or ignite at all. I found the igniter for those three burners are either recessed or bent out of angle. Causing a slow ignition to occur no ignition to occur extensive corrosion of all the screws screws will either need to be drilled or will for sure snap when trying to unscrew.will need harness as there is no spark on center front burner at all and all burner and orifice holders will need to be replaced at the same time. Customer is going to think it over.
