"Unable to drop microwave down as it has been glued in place without destroying customers, cabinetry and wall. Micro venting was never properly install installed either by builder no flap going outside so bugs and critters can come directly in cold air is flooding house due to missing vent flap as well as fan blower appears to have not been installed properly is facing backwards instead of upwards as vent going outside is an upward vent. Unit needs to be made accessible for us to service. Unit will also need main control board to finish repairing even once unit has been made accessible. Customer will have to call back for service. Once unit has been made accessible left moisture sensor with customer could not install."
