"No error codes present. Ran diagnostics cycle and could audibly tell that the water coming from sump had very little to no pressure. Customer states that Morris Jenkins was the company that came out to correct their drain line issues.On further inspection I found that when the unit was re installed the sump motor grabbed the power supply line and ripped the junction off the units frame, I attempted to remove the unit but was un successful. Advised customer that unit will need to be accessible for further repairs or diagnostics. Customer to contact previous installers. Advised that if the company correct the issue that they should test the units function. If it tests fine then unit can be reinstalled correctly. If there is still an issue then unit will need to be accessible."

"Compressor paint of unit shaking my ch more then previously, says they have to run all loads on low spin.Basket spins freely and smooth, ran rinse and spin with no load. drain is working properly. Unit went into full speed spin fine. Removed top and internal all looks good.Went into diagnostics. Error history: 92,89,38,8,39,65,26 inverter fault, accelerometer fault, vent damper, pressure sensor loss, vent damper, pressure sensor drop out, out valve f balance load.Ran test 10 for pressure sensor and worked properly and filled within recommended time so flow also good. Test 12 drained unit fine.Ran test 14 and spins properly.Ran test 24 and verified vent operation.Per tech sheet all indicated components in faults are working properly.Ran rinse and spin with a load of sheets and does shake a lot at lower speeds, just putting my hand on unit steadies it a lot. Faster spin everything is smooth. Looks to be a weak pedestal, but unit functioning properly. Explained out of balance loads and pedestals magnifying effect."

Dryer has a slight tick to in the start but goes away after a few minutes of use. I took. The top and front off didnt see any issues tried tighten the back screws. Its pretty quit over all nothing more then normal dryer noises. I think the dryer is fine nothing much of a repair to be done
