Complaints washing machine is very loud compared to previous washing machine always making a lot of conking noise noises clicking noise noises. Only one in history customer also was attempting to wash rubberized backing rugs not advisable clicking clunking. Noises are the shifter and lid latch. Complete washing machine will not stop filling had to turn off water inlet valve even if cycle is canceled. It still fills with cold water the entire time. Had to unplug machine and turn water off at wall. F7e7 motor unable to reach target rpm f8e3 over flow or flood conditions. I found even with washing machine unplugged. Unit is still filling with cold water valve has failed. Also found control word would not allow motor to spin no matter what. Replaced main control board and water inlet valve unit now working as designed. I found after replacing control and putting on a quick wash cycle unit is agitating and spinning properly on quick wash cycle no longer filling abnormally without stopping.

Complaint dryer will not turn on no lights no nothing. I found user interface was unplugged from control board. Plugged in control made sure Molex connector was secure. Sometimes they will ignite and flame shoots out from underneath cooktop making a loud popping noise. I found complaint is true. I found igniters have failed and reignition igniter modules are split using inspection camera to check. Unit will need orifice holders that come with electrodes unit will also need ignition, module and burner flame spreader assemblies I found screws are stuck seized on multiple burners. Will need to be drilled and orifice holders will need to be replaced. No further issues found customer can use a match or a long lighter to ignite flame but well have to deal with clicking noise incessantly. For the entire duration of cooking. Complaint press start on the dishwasher and nothing happens. I found complaint true no noise no nothing. I found motor has failed. Replaced motor sump assembly tested operations. Dishwasher is now working fine. Cleared error codes 8-4 5-1 4-3 performed a diagnostics cycle. Dishwasher is operating properly no leakage occurring.
