Washer randomly making grinding noises. Found washer sitting in a drain pan and the drain line is hooked up at the center of pan. With a heavy load the washer pulley will hit the top of the drain pipe and make noise. Adjusted the feet all the way out so washer sits higher and cleares the drain.

Complaint dryer takes two or more cycles to dry clothing is getting very hot. I tested dryer cycle temperatures are 225? dropping down to 138? is not pulling dryer vent test kit card off. Flap outside is not opening either while dryer is running. Venting restriction found. Dryer is heating and operating normally as of right now unit not getting proper airflow to dissipate moisture outside like it is supposed to moisture trapped heat is staying trapped inside of drum of dryer. due to venting issues.p; used 1 W11224254 (VENT TEST KIT) from stock

Complaint unit making a thumping noise. I found baffle come unscrewed or was not properly secured from the factory. I tightened baffle attaching to drum tested operations. No further issues found with dryer today no more abnormal noises.

Complaint not making ice in upper ice maker made about a dozen cubes then stopped. I found fill tube heater was not secured to fill tube at ice maker box. I properly secured tape heater applied insulation material per tech line tested operation verified unit is producing a full thick frost pattern across evaporator core. Tested water flow heard lower ice maker dump ice and fill with water without placement into diagnostics moved a few items that were hindering freezer door from closing all the way to customers chest freezer no further issues found at this time no defrost or cooling issues reported by customer.

"Complaint washing machine not draining, making a loud loud, grinding noise screen randomly start flashing and go blank sometimes will be full of water at the end of the cycle. We have to unplug replug washing machine back in and then Ill drain the water out and work sometimes issue has been going on for about a week and a half now . I found error codes F8e6 f7e1 f2e3 I cleared codes I found case has been leaking oil and water all over Drive motor actuator everything on the lower end. I found drive motor has excessive play and bearings. I also found control board and diagnostics keeps killing itself. Unit unit does have proper voltage 125.2 V properly grounded getting to control also found cold water solenoid is just barely trickling loud buzzing noise/squealing noise, chattering noise as well. Also found hub is slipping and wash plate. Agitator spines are loose. Unit will need multiple parts to repair. Complaint dishwasher is not heating. Not drying dishes I found error code 71 incoming water too cold dishwasher is designed to disable the heating element. If incoming water is too cold. After multiple attempts water heating problem must be corrected or dishwasher will disable heating element again. Advised customer to always run hot water at sink faucet before starting the dishwasher. Also advise customer to use rinse agent as well to help improve drying performance as tub is a plastic tub dishwasher. Heating on it is working properly getting up to 380?F in diagnostics mode. No further issues found with dishwasher after clearing error code at this time.

Tested and found display working but no burners or oven elements heating. Pulled range out checked incoming power. Found unit only had 120v incoming. Found plug very loose in outlet. If cord is moved around can get 240v. Wall outlet bad. Showed customer the problem and advised they have outlet replaced. Range operating properly when incoming voltage is correct.

I replace control replaced foot. I tested operations. No additional issues found everything is now working properly leveled cooktop as well as best as we could. 1.097 left oven right oven 1.109 left oven was slightly preheated

Cannot service unit as unit set out to service does not match model and serial number given on service ticket. Unit customers wanting service is a front load washing machine model and serial number on ticket is a top load washing machine. Customer stating top washing machine that they have is in Myrtle Beach but they accidentally gave warranty company wrong purchase receipt information.

Complaint F9 E1 error code Washing machine will not turn off have to unplug it and then replug it in and then itll work fine for about 3 to 5 days then issue with reoccur again. I found drain pump will drain just fine when there is very little water in the bottom of it a quarter full or less when tub gets to be half full or higher Drain pump stop draining drain tub out then drain pump will come back on voltage. The whole entire impeller just unit will need drain pump to fix. ; ordrng 1 W11396717 (DRAIN PUMP)
