"Complaint rattling noise sounds like paper all the time. Unit making ice just fine and worried about cooling due to noise. I found noise was caused by sticker taped around power cord. Customer cleaned condenser coil underneath refrigerator and ever since then has been hearing the noise. Unit is getting proper airflow going around compressor area. I cannot find any sign of a cooling issue today. Left compressor and evaporator with customer. I removed tape and stickers off of power, cord and waterline in eliminated customers. Noise complaint."

It is so humid and cold inside of the freezer that it is actively blowing snow crystals out of vent system thick heavy fog as well. "Complaint will not finish the cycle clothing still soaking wet. I found only one error code F8E1. No fill long fill. I found water inlet filter screen was completely clogged with rust. Customer is on a well. I cleaned filter screen as a one time install and instruct fulfilled. I told customer if we come back for a water pressure based issue due to filter screens being clogged, we will have to charge him for parts and labor at it is not a manufacturing defect. Customer stated he is going to get filters for the whole house or at the very least for the washing machine. I placed unit into diagnostics cycle. Unit operated flawlessly with no issues. Motor is spinning motors. Agitating lid is locking control is functioning properly motor is ramping up through all speeds like it is supposed to no further issues found with washing machine at this time left part with customer."
