Complaint when after cooking in the oven is completed and I leave the oven door open the fan will kick on very high also once the oven door latched and would not unlatch and could smell a burning smell. I could not find any error codes in diagnostics history I placed unit into a self clean cycle and verified smell was only gassing during a clean cycle I preheated oven to 350 could not find any issues with oven or abnormal odors either. I verified connectors and unit no electrical odors or issues seen. Customers are new to this type of technology touch screen I suspect highly recommend customer NOT to leave oven doors open to allow unit to cool down faster and control or touch screen or sensor damage may occur.
