Tested unit and found both sections not cooling fridge at 40 degrees and freezer at 30 degrees. Removed evaporator cover due to unit asking a gurgling noise and found only two rungs frosted over rest just wet. Found unit has a restriction in it causing the poor cooling found compressor super hot to touch and drawing high amperage 18 amps. Unit would need to be sectioned off and blew out with nitrogen then pumped down and recharged compressor would need it be replaced due to contaminated and high amps quoted customer and they will hold off they will call manufacturer for further help

"Complaint listed was Of not draining, emptied clothes out, a heavy load with pillow soaking up lots of water, towel mixed with various clothing. Ran diagnostics and ran fine and drained fine. Bunch of coins in agitator, cleared and ran tests again and again completed properly. Hot water flow was low and found valve was open fully, flow fine when valve opened. Lower unit inspections , all looked fine. Put load back in with everything minus the pillow. Ran quick wash. Went through sensing and into wash, cancelled and drained fine, ran drain and spin, stopped once to balance out the towel, spinning out fine. Added pillow back in placement my notes n the middle and was able to get a balanced spin. Main issue was a unbalnced load that would stop cycle prematurely. All functioned tested fine at n testing and did spin out load fine when balanced."

"Customer stated that Advanced appliance repair was out and informed him that he wasnt receiving proper voltage. Customer stated that he had his handyman/ electrician out and confirmed that there was proper voltage from the outlet. I confirmed that there wasnt proper voltage, I showed the customer the incoming voltage to the terminal. After showing that he isnt receiving proper voltage I unplugged his unit and separated the prongs in the power cord allowing better contact in outlets.
