"Arrived and spoke with customer complaint: unit is leaking and not spinning out the clothes. Unit had a load inside upon arrival and took photo, this is an example of an unbalanced load. Found error code F0E5 (off balanced load detected) stored in system, cleared code. Ran unit and found no evidence of leak but stand pipe is very short which means leak likely occurs when draining. Emptied unit and ran auto test cycle (with no detergent) and no issues occurred, finished empty quick cycle and tested fine. Customer education on proper loading practices and drainage situation. Informed customer should we return and find no manufacturing defect then customer would be responsible for service fee."

"Double in wall oven. Complaint of not heating properly, different company was out, they ordered bake element, probe, and bulb, but didnt install parts when different tech returned as he said bake element was working.Concealed element.No error codes in history, showing temp of 73. Ran bake at 350, while preheating can verify broil element is operating. Preheated to 350. Temps lowering slowly , can hear relays clicking but temps dont rise and continues slowing getting cooler. Turned off and went into diagnostics it read temperature of 338 and my thermostat was reading 337, probe looks to be fine as was also reading room temp find before heating.Pulled unit out and found 28-30 ohms on both bake and broil elements. Getting good readings at both of probes at control. Ordering control.Control showing nla and verified by office. Per office per part on P&A to report back to contract ; rqstng P&A on 1 W10119142 (Control/ appliance manager)"

"Checked over unit and found both sections not cooling at all unit is running both fans and both sections warm. Checked compressor and found very quite and not pulling any heat threw condenser compressor making a metal on Metal noise. placed unit into diagnostics running step 40 and unit went into natural position but never pumped any Freon to freezer or fridge. Cut into process stub and unit is empty no Freon, went thew both evaporators and found some oil residue on both of them but no true sign of a big leak, unit will need to be pumped down with nitrogen and vacuumed to find leak properly. Plz allow 3 times for this job this will take time to find issue and replace will order parts needed and return. "After last visit and hour into a quick wash, cs got the 8-4 error, water in tray, which she cleared, she moved items from the front of lower rack and ran cycle, again an hour or so into cycle she got error again. Unit giving code on arrival cleared tray and ran unit, no leak at all in first 20 minutes. Can only raise front feet a couple turns and cannot make it tilt much basically vertical, maybe slightly back now.Unit fills,drains, washes with verified spray arm movement and with no leaking in testing.Same f9e2 drain motor electrical issue and f8e4 overflow errors as yesterday. With same issues and unable to recreate will order control and sump assy, 2x time for not having to come out to replace sump.Office to contact cs when parts come in to schedule return ; ordrng 1 W11460946 (Sump assy) and 1 W11672225 (Control) and 1 2xtime (2x time)"
