I took vent off to make sure there was good air flow and heat which there was. The customers vent runs up from slab floor through the roof I advised customer the venting needs to be inspected for restriction. "Tested and ran diagnostics. No stored error codes. Checked tub ring, has updated version. Ran component tests for all valves and drain pump, no leaks. Checked tub and basket, no damage or evidence of leaks. Ran diagnostics cycle and DLMS calibration. All completed properly. Started washer in normal cycle with water temp set to warm to ensure both valves active, allowed to fill and agitate for several minutes, no leaks from washer. Cancelled cycle, washer began to drain, found water rising in standpipe in wall. Unplugged washer before it overflowed. Had customer watch as machine drained. Continued to unplug and plug in washer not allowing pipe to overflow until machine was fully drained. Advised customer that she would need to have a plumber clean drain so that it flows properly."

"Spoke with Drew at whirlpool tech support (7377760630) also spoke with Jeff at advantage appliance to confirm wiring harness was no longer available.Part#4451926This unit had some kind of major issue I went thru this thing and checked every part with whirlpool tech line. I replaced mag tube, diode,capacitor,high voltage transformer and also replaced some burnt up wiring to the thermal cut out on the mag tube. I also replaced all switches and I did see for the 1st time ever oil come out top of capacitor (see pics) I also checked voltage a LV transformer and it was correct 120 vAt this point with wiring harness not being available I recommend replacement. I have been very thorough with this job wiring is definitely the issue.Call complete"
