"Cx complaint that the unit making very loud noise while it runs. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e2 f0e5 f7e7. I ran manual agitate and spin, agitate worked fine but the noise occurred during spin. I checked the cam kit, there was residue powder from the cam slipping. "Unit unplugged on arrival, plugged in and started a drain/spin cycle, drain pump ran for 4 plus minutes, stopped when tipped unit forward to access screws.Went back to draining when leveled. Pressure hose connected properly, no damage seen and was able to blow through hose fine. Went to cancel cycle and again going into a very long drain cycle, pulled plug and plugged in, it is a manual drain cycle, eventually gave f9e1 error and kept draining, there is not water in unit. Ran diagnostics and checked errors found F7e1 tachometer missing or wrong signal, f7e7motor unable to reach rpms, f0e2 over suds let unit run thew a diagnostics cycle and found actuator not shifting from wash to spin and tub moving super slow when trying to spin, checked actuator and found faulty checked capacitor and found leaking and failing.
