"On arrival unit is plugged in and lights on but nothing is running, no compressor or fans. U/I responding, put each section into power cool and no change. Checked control board, fuses check fine, took out and reseated each connection, no change, checked voltage at harness to plug, verified 120vac, when plugged harness back in the compressor did start and red light blinked on board though compressor is very quiet, light was not on previously.Condenser fan not running, found mouse jammed in fan. Cleared mouse and fan running.Unplugged and plugged back in, not running again and light is not on again. Compressor/condenser fan kicked on about 5 minutes later, possible was in defrost mode.Let run for another 10 minutes.Quoted for main in control, but have not been able to verify proper operation of compressor, r600a unit.Fr is starting to get cooler, fr down to 48 and dropping . Collected just for labor at this time and cs will monitor."

"Complaint not dispensing water from door hollow ice. Slow to make ice. Found water issue is due to heavy construction in neighborhood. New construction developer has broken ground on 450 new homes in neighborhood. Lots of settlement in water filter after shaking filter out. Water is extremely cloudy has lots of white debris, floating and water coming out of original filterand black as well as gray And red particulate, customer had a new water filter. I installed it for customer. I inspected waterlines made sure nothing was pinched. I inspected icemaker. Customer did have a power outage yesterday per customer power was out for 27 hours. Icemaker did cycle fine for me while I was in Home heavy water leakage from ice dispenser from ice that had melted over the past 27 hours."
