"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty. Getting f9e1 and not draining. Cs had vacuumed water out. Ran cycle and not draining at disposal, no knockout in unit. Attempted to pull out, hard wired and electric too short to pull unit out fully, too short to access drains n pump. Before disconnecting at terminal vacuumed from draining hose at disposal, once cleared ran unit and this time drained fine, (nothing but n vac to show what was clogging it)ran several more times cancelling after fill and drained fine. Reinstalled and ran again before cs and showed him unit now draining. Any further issue order drain, or too make sure , order sump assy. Would make a 2x call for pulling unit and repair if return needed."

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Different complaint/failure then original visit, which was the rear seal being off. Complaint of intermittent grinding, no debris under/around supports or pulley, felt seal is good , glide good in front, could not replicate noise. Right support does have a groove forming in it. Replaced supports/pulley/belt. Glue was all wiped during previous repair and no signs of build up on tub, which would thump, not grind. motor/blower spinning fine and smoothly. If further issue. Replace tub assy as rest all looks good.One of the support rollers in kit came with chunk out of it, took same support out of a different kit and sending that one back to office (067) with bad support in it.Let unit run for 10 min with no issue.; used 1 4392065 (DRYER REPAIR KIT), and 1 4392067 (DRYER REPAIR KIT) from stock"

I unplugged receptacle power cord from wall receptacle swapped voltages made sure dryer does indeed turn on after swapping voltages and plugging power cord back into wall dryer turns on in air dry mode and functions properly. After unplugging again and wiggling power, cord and swapping everything back normally dryer now has incoming voltage that is proper dryer is heating advised customer fix wall receptacle issue to avoid electrical hazards in house wall. No additional issues found with dryer at this time."

"Arrived and found three complaint: icicles forming in the freezer, over cooling in the FF section and abnormal intermittent noise. Found ice maker fill tube leaking down the back of the FZ wall causing ice to build up and touch evap fan causing noise. Dispenser gets occasional ice cubes that blocks the flap from closing right allowing warm air to migrate into ice bin which melts and causes icicles. And diffuser damper not closing reliably which causes over cooling in the FF section.
