"I found leaking issue is due to heavy condensation, forming due to the humidity in the environment. I checked all door, gaskets and seals no leakage, occurring and door gaskets or seals. I checked all waterlines and fittings. No issues with waterlines or fittings ice has been dumped over fromadvice customer to dump the bin at least once every two weeks cooling is working properly no issues with the temperatures in the freezer or the fresh food zones and zero Customer uses ice constantly throughout the day and night. Complaint cannot use dishwasher at this time. Dishwasher chimes and drain pump comes on will not turn off. I found error codes Fae5 fae2 customer stated when he picked up unit from store the entire bottom of the box was so store told him it is due to them pressure washing the floors.
