"Checked and found freezer freezing but running at 19 degrees. Refrigerator compartment at 37 and cooling normally. Not making ice. Tested and ran diagnostics. All fans, thermistors and controls test good. Pulled refrigerator out, checked and compressor running properly. Attached gauges, no low side pressure. Set unit to home position and unplugged. Pressures equalized. Evacuated refrigerant, charged with nitrogen to 175psi. Allowed to sit for 20 minutes and checked for leaks. No leaks found in tubing or either evaporator. Blew through system with nitrogen, pulled vacuum and weighed in correct refrigerant charge. Now have proper pressures on both sides. Suspect a restriction or 3-way valve not working correctly. Ordering valve solenoid and new filter dryer. Advised customer that office will call to schedule when parts arrive.; ordrng 1 W11429989 (Solenoid) and 1 WPW10143759 (Filter)"

"Since last visit cs has had multiple other techs out with their warranty, redid same work, replaced same parts and same issue. Has since cancelled plan as they said they were over limit.All burners, except Lf, continue to spark after igniting, non stop, rf keeps clicking but at faster rate and seems to be just that igniting sparking, with others all igniters are sparking.Lf ignites but will intermittently spark to reignite though lit. Spark module, reignition modules, harness replaced, Lf, rear center and right rear valves have been replaced.
