Mentioned to the customer that the copper water line is a little kinked and to have it replaced for a flexible line and that way reduces the chances of leakage. Complaint that in times the washer would not wring out nor spin the clothes dry but the majority it would run normal. Found that some settings had the spin on the off. Mentioned to the customer how to set the spin and to keep an eye on this part. Ran three diagnostic cycle and all working normal. No issues found with the spin cycle.
