"I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. However I checked the control and it has multiple stickers as indicated in the service pointer W11642483 . The units control needs to be replaced to fully resolve the defrost issue. Cx complaint that the unit builds condensation on the left side of the RC door. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the hinge bracket in between the RC and FC were was loose causing the separation occasionally. I tightened the screw and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

SR#7737900199 (TJ) found fault code F2 E1 stuck button gonna order new UI the dryer is cutting off about 10 minutes into the cycle machine cuts off. All thermal fuses are good and the motor has been replaced. Also gonna test the vent with the kit. As I and Tim both have advised customer to run the dryer with vent off for 1 load and he did not do that. He is adamant that he has cleaned the dryer vent well and there is no restrictions in it. "Cx complaint that the unit is not wringing the clothes and the timer does not countdown to 00. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes, and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no issues. The unit has a spin modifier button, meaning the spin function needs to be adjusted to the desired setting. "Complaint top mount refrigerator r 600 unit making a humming and a clicking noise water all over the floor in garage coming out from underneath the back of the refrigerator. Unplugged unit unit has been unplugged since issue began. I plugged in unit found evaporator producing a full frost pattern. Compressor is running with no abnormal noises as of right this minute. Cannot duplicate issue issue does sound like it could have been compressor locking up, but as of right this minute unit producing a full frost pattern going all the way down evaporator and is producing great thermal load out of discharge line of compressor."

Installed new outer door with glass due to a broken glass panel.

Called tech line spoke to Rich SR# 7738041341. He said it could be that customer is overfilling rinse aid. This would block vent tube and prevent it dispensing. Also said it can take a long time for dispenser to show a drop in level. If used everyday the dispenser would last 30 or more days. Checked dispenser and removed some rinse aid to ensure it was not overfilled. Also cleaned vent tube. Customer uses dishwasher 2 to 3 times per week. Advised her not to overfill rinse aid compartment and to allow at least 30 days or more to gauge use.

Replaced oven sensor

What I found while testing unit was that the cycling time on the heater was off. The on time was less than 30 seconds and the off time was well over a minute and a half the inside was completely cool by the time it cycled on. The dryer vent has been professionally cleaned the venting behind dryer is in good shape. Spoke with Aaron at whirlpool tech support lost my connection due to bad signal.
