Evap is about 40% pattern thick on rear coils, clear on front. Potential sealed system issue, but also same results when door has been open awhile getting into unit, which it is was.Decent size gap between liner and casing on left side upper and lower edge of rf section. This could cause warm air to be entering rf section, causing it to run longer to cool and collecting more freezing air in bottom of section Verified damper operation and defrost .No failures found in diagnostics.At this time will seal gap in liner with silicone and have cs monitor. They do have extended warranty after wp warranty which they called in on last day of.; used 1 WP482338 (FOOD GRADE ADHESIVE) from stock"

Cs will use in normal cycles and go through Costco if having further issue. Repair would be to replace heat/sensor, harness and control at same time, but would need second tech as is a stacked appliance. Cs was able to get Costco to cover in past, but knows if they will not cover we would charge $169 for second tec."
