"Complaint, Mike microwave light not turning off open closed door issue, uneven cooking when heating a bowl of rice will have lots of hot and cold spots when heating up dried pastry bread will fluff on one side and burn on the other side. Uneven heating is normal in this microwave, the microwave is a 900 W microwave. There are no fault codes in history unit is heating as design uneven heating is due to the fact that foods that contain higher amounts of water tend to absorb microwave energy with a higher efficiency, while foods with lower water content absorb heat more slowly, causing uneven heating. No issues with microwave customer should close microwave door firm every time so door light goes off and open close door issue does not occur."
