Landlord came and said he was told by whirlpool that they could tell it was under warranty. Informed him since unit isnt in entitlements proof of purchase is needed. No one in office was available, customer called whirlpool , customer service said that it was in warranty 5-30-23. Cx complaint that the unit bangs aggressively to begin cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. The unit did aggressively shake during spin. I checked the leveling feet and one of the leveling feet came out of position. I corrected the position and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint that the units broil element heats more on all oven settings. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The bake element heats during bake, the bake element ohms are 24 ohm within range. The broil element is very bright on even on bake cycles. I traced the schematics and the K2 relay is stuck open. I removed the red wire from the thermal fuse while the oven was off and there was still 123v on the blue wire at the thermal, there shouldnt be unless the oven is on. When I reconnected the red wire there was 123v from the open relay at p 5-4, there shouldnt be when the oven is off. The 7nit needs a new control board to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the parts and collected the service call by CC. The cx does not want to repair the unit.; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11182108 ELEMENT"
