I found error codes, F0e3 over loaded error code tub locked f3e2inlet thermistor on valve open /shorted f0e5 out of balance load detected after multiple attempts to correct unable to correct. I found coins locking up wash plate to tub. I found thermistor is open. I found gearcase slinging oil leaking oil from underneath. Unit will need gearcase water inlet valve assembly rotor slider wash plate spanner nut and screw to fix. Customer declined estimate today is going to replace washing machine potentially."

Noise will go away for a day or three I found Phil tube is overspray leaking down wall filling air baffle with water that is then freezing into ice causing it to hit fan blades leading to noise. I installed sealer gum to water fill tube leading to icemaker shoot cycled icemaker several times tested operations no more overspray or leaking down wall occurring. Cx complaint that the unit is making a loud noise and a weird smell. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f7e5. I cleared the code and checked under the unit. I found the shield came out of place again. The screw hole on the gear case is too small. I used larger screws to secure the shield and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.
