"Complaint not filling with water, not draining throwing error coats I placed unit to diagnostics menu recirculation pump will not come on at all water inlet valves. None of them will come on at all. Drain pump just sits and humps not operating properly as well. All issues could be a malfunction of the main control board as customer stated they just got back from vacation and it was working perfectly fine before they left, customer has multiple other appliances in the home not working. I suspect customer had an indirect strike or in a power surge issue, causing all customers issues. Customer declined repair today is going to seek alternative options or replace unit."
