Evap pattern showed thick pattern on 3turns of evap and another section thicker right at the vent opening. Possible sealed system issue. Freezer setting is at max. Also food is in front of rf vent. Unit did go into defrost and verified operation. Symptoms are between a sealed system or poor venting. At this time cleared items and reset setting to recommended for both sections. Rf was set at warmer then recommended. If continues then likely a sealed system issue.

Unit has no defrost issues customer stated they was not aware unit was cooling said prior to previous techs repair unit was completely off after repair is now working. I left fan motor with customer. Fan was not needed in any form I mentioned i would still install parts. But at this time we will see performance of fridge as it was cooling at the time of service.

Complaint not dispensing water door not dispensing. Any ice not making any ice. I found ice that has been made is sliver ice. I found water fill tube to icemaker was frozen over upon arrival. I also found Phil tube going to the door was also frozen over. I defrost the fill tube cycled power off to refrigerator for five minutes. Cycled icemaker icemaker is cycling. Fine and producing an E0 error code meaning no code. On arrival icemaker had an E5 error code meaning icemaker timed out due to not enough water after defrosting tubes testing operations. Everything is working fine. I raise temperature of fresh food zone to 40? advised customer not to block air vents on the back of the fridge in fresh food zone no additional issues reported.
