Tested the drain and spin and found unit got to 8 min and shut off leaving tub full of water and clothes still wet. Ran a quick wash and unit shut off at 10 min never spinning out. Wile running unit control was also clicking found relay clicking until unplugged, unit is going to need parts to fix issues will order advised customer overlay is a special ordered part once received we would call for return visit ; ordrng 1 W11627517 (Cntrl) and 1 W11614635 (Filter) and 1 W11551294 (Power cord) and 1 W11680401 (Overlay) and 1 W11195971 (Stator)"

They have been moving oven to use older oven while waiting on repairs, and moving oven back for me to repair/test. Took pictures of cabinet damage and glass door damage. Installed both fans and ram both units bake preheat 350?. F8E1 error returned. Called techline. Techline went over several tests and said to order ACU and both fans at the same time. If acu was possible damaged. Ordering acu and both fans again. Techline said to get customer to call customer service since this an ongoing issue to possible do something for them. Found fresh food evap not running while in test 3 of diagnostics for air baffles and fan motors. Apon further inspection when checking for proper voltage I found that the mullex plug to evap fan for the fresh food section was fried. Unit non repairable. Customer also stated that the fan was replaced at least once a year over the past few years. Control failure or connection issues may have led to the connections to burn and fail.
