Outside vent was not properly installed as well behind microwave not doing anything as vent will not align with the back of the microwave as wall was improperly, cut for vent going outside. Unit is a new build. Customer will have to have builder. Come back out and fix venting issue and ordering blower motor assembly to fix that issue. Removed drum and found idler pulley ceasing up rollers sticking and causing all the noise. Replaced all rollers and idler with repair kit changed belt and lubed all moving parts, ran a cycle and unit is now operating to specs ; used 1 4392067 (DRYER REPAIR KIT) from stock"

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Cs found the left door hard to close. They were closing the left door first and the resistance was the right door gasket. Explained about the door gaskets and the need to close the left door first so that the mullion goes into position and the right just closes over it, closing right door first you have to push mullion past right door gasket and doing so repetitively will damage gasket."

"Unit cooling has been erratic, sometimes fine, others times 60. Found large ice block in upper right of freezer, symptoms of a sealed system issue. There is a chance that the unit had clogged evap at one point and defrosted all but this section which continues to grow/melt causing issues with fan, fans/compressor running.. running unit it looks to be forming a decent frost pattern, so likely the had frosted over scenario and cs says there wa a time with the door left open all night and had frosted up in freezer. Quoted for defrosting evap and decided they would melt it on their own. Collected service call"
