"Complaint unit making a loud clapping noise. Clothing is still extremely dirty at the end of a cycle and soaking wet at the end of the cycle. Have to run a drain and spin cycle after every load. when running a normal cycle in particularly load is still just as dirty going in as it is coming out even more so typically dirtier than what it was as soap residue is still all over clothing. I found F0e3 spin speed reduced due to water temperature or Over suds. F7e8 moto drive module over temp error. I cleared error codes found unit is not ramping up into high spin speed at all in diagnostics mode without throwing an F7 E8 error code within three minutes. I found gear case is leaking oil gear case is the cause of customers, noise issue. Office to call customer when parts come in. I found cold water valve. Drum light turned off when damp towel set to moisture strips.checked thermistor and had 11.6 at control board j14-3 to j14-6 at room temp and no short to ground. so thermistor good. Complaint front left split burner slow to ignite and causing house to smell like gas because of how slow it is to ignite when it does ignite flame is very high. I found split burner where gas comes out of lower part to ignitor has debris ash preventing gas from exiting to ignitor causing slow ignition. No parts needed orifice was also clogged partly safety file number 7740880983 safety stated customer responsible for parts and labor if any are need due to age.
