Complaints bleach stains on colored clothes. Advised customer to use 2 tablespoons of bleach or detergent when washing garments when using bleach advised customer to dilute 2 tablespoons with 16 ounces of water. advising customer instead of using the bleach cup to pour bleach in the bottom of the washing machine to avoid spotting of clothing and to also go through and run a clean wash cycle at least once a month to help reset computer systems and recalibrate washing machine. And for added security to also help prevent spotting of clothing to run a quick wash cycle completely empty before washing color clothes as well. no issues found with washing machine at this time.

Customer instruction. No error code found just H20 checked water supply it is good tested each valve the all work properly. Ran pressure switch tested all tested ok. Found large amounts of suds in the wash during test added fabric softener to eliminate suds which caused the H20 error
