"7741186293 safety file number complaint house has been sitting vacant for the past three months, smelled an odor, unsure where it was coming from. After testing oven. We went through use micro leak detector solution, soaked every fitting and no leaks found at this time. I suspect customer was smelling the burn off of oil after preheating oven and cooktop. No leakage found anywhere at this time. Customer stated he had a halogen leak detector sensor and could pick up trace amounts on ultra high sensitivity and random locations around the house, but was unsure if it was gas or not. House closes tomorrow as it is a new build per builder."

Upon arrival, we could not duplicate customers noise complaint however we did find bird nests in dryer vent going outside. Complete restriction dryer tube going outside behind dryer was completely filled with lint as well from where Lint has been backing up. Customer also stated it takes four or five cycles to dry clothes on average. Unit is getting hot cannot duplicate screeching noise I suspect drive belt probably slipping due to dryer overheating or high humidity issues occurring during dry cycle."
