Complaint unit not dispensing whole ice. I found solenoid for seized winding resistance was two ohms of resistance. Shorted winding I also found even after replacing solenoid solenoid would still not activate. I found that relay clicks on black wire yellow stripe to white wire is getting about 15 V AC current should be 120 V AC current at control board same voltage at harness attaching to icemaker. I found relay is bad I suspect. I advised customer could still be user interface as well. I am not 100% ruling it out yet.; ordrng 1 W11556912 (Control)
