Complaint that the unit is leaking water from the bottom front door on the freezer side. Found freezer drainage heavily clogged with ice and debris. Quoted for basic labor. Removed all debris and all ice buildup and drainage working properly. Showed customer the fix and refrigerator working normal.

Complaint that the unit is powering off intermittently. Ran diagnostic and tested ok. Ran a quick cycle and after 10min. the touch pad turned off. Hard reset and board turned back on but theres a problem with the touch panel. Customer will call Whirlpool for parts and labor approval because in the website shows that electronic parts are covered. Collected trip fee.

"I replaced both the ui and main control ui illuminates lights blink goes through steps 1-5 pairing factory wifi and after that sequence is done and I unplug the unit for the 6th time and I plug it back in all lights on ui and control are flashing and in sync with each other I press power button and ui never turns on acts as if it is still unplugged ui buttons are inoperable but lights on back of ui are flashing and still in sync with main control incoming voltage is 124.2 vac black to white at main control molex voltage from black to frame/ ground is 124.2 vac 12.9 vdc across black and red outer ui wiring I can unplug everything except ui from main control board and ui still will not boot up I can place unit on extension cord and unit will still never boot up power buttons still wont work. Ive replaced ui and main control together still nothing. Tried putting original control back on still nothing ui has been replaced 3 times control replaced 2 times. "Checked over unit and found machine would heat up and start to smell, ran upper oven to 350 degrees and noticed unit giving off a smell of burnt food. Checked oven elements and found something spilled on elements causing it to burn and smell, checked over wires and vents and found vent had been giving off a Smell cleaned vent and advised customer on how clean cycle operates. Also found some mice had been in back of stove advised customer on issue with mice. Heated oven again and unit is now working to specs unit may take time to burn off advised to open windows and let unit run and burn off any last residue"

Complaint timer is extremely soft washing machine keeps filling all the time during the middle of a cycle of the same time. The agitator is spinning. Has no resistance when spinning it by hand. customer said she tried to spin timer during the middle of a cycle. when issue occurred.time appears to be functional on normal wash as of now during testing.

Complaint door pops open during dry cycle usually within the first five minutes of cycle. I found hinges were bent. I adjusted hinges doors now staying closed properly doors now angled at that 10? incline like it should be instead of below 90. No additional issues found no error codes and diagnostic history. Incoming voltage is 123 across black-and-white 123 V across red and white 247 V across red and black Dryer is heating just fine as of right now.

"Complaint oven user interface is not functional customer went to press the cancel button, and as she touched the cancel button, the whole thing shut down. I found loose wiring at junction box behind oven thermal event that occurred in junction box. No additional issues was able to wiggle the wire and get everything to work properly, no error codes and fault history upon booting up unit did get warm and test cycle all elements. customer needs electrician cannot service junction box. Customer declined any and all repairs. None needed anyways."

"Complaints use your interface will not turn on randomly turns itself off in no matter what we do unplug it doesnt matter user interface will never turn back on then come back in a couple days try and use it and it works midway through the cycle, then cut itself off again. I found control board mocks connector where attaches to use your interface is loose. I found that the drum gasket is also loose. Has fallen off drum completely causing issues with the drum to grind on bulkhead. Cx complaint that the units upper oven is not heating. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran both oven to 350 degrees. The bottom oven heated fine but the upper oven did not heat well. The oven reached 135 degrees. The unit needs a new control board and control panel to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx and collected the service call by check.

"Cx complaint that the units heater remained on at the end of a cycle. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes. The unit is wired to switch above the counter, the power is intermittent and make static/sparking noise while in the on position. I checked the wire harness behind the panel, the heater and power wires were melted to the inner door insulation. I separated the wire and insulated them in e tape.
