"Cs says unit is not spinning out well, getting LE error. Ran unit on rinse and spin, went through rinse fine and then drained out properly, went into full speed spin. LE error can happen with too much detergent, overloaded or be part of a drive fault (stator/rotor/ hall sensor). With unit completing fine with and empty load the first two are possible causes. If issue continues would be looking at a motor replacement ( no bad bearing or grinding noise in spin so bearing looks to be ok) motor 4417EA1002Y 318.23, stacked unit would need to be taken down prior to work or second tech at additional 169. Labor at 279.Tested unit with clothes in rinse/spin and gave the LE code. Looking at motor replacement.Denied, collected for 2nd appliance fee only"

"Complaint unit did not complete cycle the clothes were very wet as if not spun out and then the washer was displaying supply h2o. Checked the water supply is in, drain hose was in the stand pipe too far, pulled it back up some. During agitation cycle it is very loud during spin cycle is even louder gear dropping down idler pulley had rubbed a hole Safety guard. I found gears. I even after tightening idler pulley are still extremely loud defective gearcase found. Unit will need gear and all associated parts to be replaced. Washing machine bottom out was due to gearcase issue.
