"Cx complaint that the units broil element heats more on all oven settings. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The bake element heats during bake, the bake element ohms are 24 ohm within range. The broil element is very bright on even on bake cycles. I traced the schematics and the K2 relay is stuck open. I removed the red wire from the thermal fuse while the oven was off and there was still 123v on the blue wire at the thermal, there shouldnt be unless the oven is on. When I reconnected the red wire there was 123v from the open relay at p 5-4, there shouldnt be when the oven is off. The 7nit needs a new control board to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the parts and collected the service call by CC. The cx does not want to repair the unit.; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11182108 ELEMENT"

"Tested and ran diagnostics. No stored error codes. Ran component tests, found actuator just chattering and not shifting. Removed actuator, checked clutch, found it binding. Replaced clutch and actuator. Ran DLMS calibration, completed correctly. Ran component tests for agitate and spin. Actuator and clutch worked properly. Ran for diagnostics test cycle, when it reached wash actuator began chattering again. Found that if I turn basket by hand and restart it will work. Gear case is binding. "Cx complaint that the unit is still making a knocking noise while it washes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes, the cx has video of the noise. The noise occurs during agitate. I ran a service and calibration cycle, the noise did not appear in either cycle. I ran manual fast and slow agitate as well, still no noise. I honestly think the noise sounds normal from the slider changing directions because of the weight of the load.
