I took pump off and checked for debris or glass I could not find any. "Checked over unit and found machine flickering lights when washing and when filling unit would bang the pipes, advised customer pipes are from washer switching from hot to cold this is normal operation and to stop banging they can get suppressors for the pipes this will stop it from making noise. Ran unit and found motor making loud noise and also drum wheel making noise, ran unit and unit didnt cut off at about 10 mins of running,called Saftey to report issue, they recorded findings. Needs motor, fan wheel and dryer repair kit. Quote 490$ for repair and saved quote. Customer didnt want to repair unit."

"Checked over unit and found fridge temps all over the place and not holding sometimes the fridge would freeze and the freezer would be warm then the fridge would be warm, checked frost pattern and unit would frost up and stop almost half way and unit is making a gurgling noise, tried to recharge unit and same issue frost pattern would not advance, unit is restricted and may have a leak in cabinet will need to flush with nitrogen and pump down to find leak. Ran a wash and spin cycle and unit is now going threw as designed, advised customer on over suds and running vinegar thew a clean cycle also water pressure would come in normal then slow way down advised it may get to a rinse and start over they will be fixing the water and it should be ok after."
