"I replaced freezer door cycled icemaker, and diagnostics mode. Icemaker tested fine. Cycled water and diagnostics mode to icemaker filled icemaker. Just fine with water. Cycled water from door switch into a cup filled a cup with no issues installed an aftermarket filter that customer had provided. Aftermarket filter started leaking as it was not fitted right OEM filter restricted Not allowing barely a trickle to pass through it. Im like previous visit where it was flowing just fine replaced water inlet valve as well prior to everything else. No further issues found at this time. If customer calls back for low or no water pressure issue suggest replacing filter housing."

"Unit covered by wp authorization. Complaint of going straight to fine instead of running cycle, checked harness and looks good, capacitor and motor test fine. Ran two quick wash cycles and unit went through sensing and into wash fine, cancelled and drained fine. Mod/ser number falls within Service bulletin for this issue. Capacitor checks good at 50.6uf, date code 24-03, CW CCW motor windings at 5.0, 5.1, both in proper specification. Evertyrgng is checking fine and operating fine during visit, replaced capacitor since that was main source of issue with service bulletin, ran another normalwash cycle and again went through sensing and into wash, as it had load just let it run.If customer has continued issues and since all bulletin tests were ok, order control, motor and harness.; used 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR/INTER COIL) from stock"

"Arrived and found complaint: ice maker stopped making ice and began melting a few days ago, this morning they found the inside of the unit is starting to have cooling issues. Found no frost pattern and unit not running at all (including the defrost heater). Test #4 kicked on the compressor & evap fan and began to form a frost pattern on the FZ evap coil. Cycled power to unit via the circuit breaker and right after the compressor kicked on and began running itself. Verified the defrost mode is on the 8 hour timer. I found wiring harness going to drain pump was broken at Y found latch was broken. Also found main control board is glitching out whenever you press start after replacing harness and latch. Console to strolls washing machine ramps up through all three speeds of spin and never progresses. Ordering main control and user interface to fix suspect when wiring harness broke it mustve ground it to frame causing control board damage. unit is extremely hard to enter into diagnostics mode. I did clear the fault codes from history.
