"After partial repair last visit cs ran load, says it didnt complete and wouldnt run drain and spin, she showed me her starting cycle and didnt start. In testing attempted and unit started and went into cycle fine. Cancelled and checked all connections at control, reseated them, did same with lower unit. Ran drain and spin cycle again and went through full cycle fine, went into full speed spin fine. Ran diagnostic cycle, completed and each test showed a pass. Ran unit empty on rapid-wash. Unit went through sensing/fill and into wash/agitate fine. Cancelled and drained fine.Went into diagnostics and no errors on in history.Cs put load load in and started cycle several minutes later unit stopped, activated my like it had paused. Checked error history and nothing there. Ran cycle again and did stop on its own , and it is paused as I could start it again. Cs also saying unit is getting condensation on console which it didnt do before lid was replaced, which it was getting condensation in testing (cycle was on hot water, but cs has had no issue of condensation previously). Could not fill nd any physical failure of lid, but cs says did not happen previously. All valves worked in testing but ordered assy in case unit is filling wit too hot of water. Ordering lid, water housing and console. Cs says she called her contract and they said parts can be overnighted and she was to tell me to do so.
