"Replaced drain pump and verified unit is draining. Did not connect to their drainage plumbing, which is a 3 foot tall 1.5inchh pvc pipe which goes straight up to ceiling then cuts across evenly before attaching to drainage plumbing on other side of room. Units drain pump not designed for that much head pressure and because of design will back flow all water up to ceiling back into unit. Will leave more standing water in unit then designed for and create extra wear on pump.Cs asked for my opinion on solution. I would suggest a catch basin/sink next to unit with its own drainage pump sized for what it needs to drain."

Filled and went into wash fine.Vent assy is nla. So me marks on floor on arrival, took photo before moving unit.Able to find some leaking at inlet water valve. Only leaking that I could verify. Unit does pull out far enough to tip on side to access bottom pan without disconnecting electric/water/drain.Quoted for inlet valve and labor, minus service call already collected.
