"662 cooper st. Just moved in. Icemaker has stopped making ice and freezer/mid shelf are not cold enough. Found freezer door not sealing on left side, adjusted door and sealed properly, but open/closing door a couple times and returns to not sealing. Attempted several times and after each adjustment it would close properly a few times and then fail. Ordering rails. Tried to install the door but the top screws (will not tighten) and the bottom screw will not screw into the fridge. Complaint F2E1 stuck shorted key. Have reset the breaker will temporarily work and then air will come right back. Found in diagnostics menu 23 attempts of error code recorded in history. Only code. I replaced user interface console assembly tested operations. All functions are working properly now with no further issues found.

Complete washing machine producing a burning smell will not do anything. I found dream attempting to run is extremely hot and. Unit has F3E1 error code and F9E1 error code as well. Complaint washing machine will not start just flashes. I found no issues with washing machine at this time. Issue is double start process. "Checked and confirmed unit not cooling. Customer states that refrigerator was working and cooling perfectly for over a week the suddenly stopped cooling. Removed back, checked pressures, found low side running at -20 vacuum, high side at 110. Possible restriction. Evacuated refrigerant. Opened system. Flushed system with nitrogen in both directions from both high and low side. Had nitrogen flow in both directions. Closed system. Charged with nitrogen to 250psi. Allowed to sit for 20 minutes. Absolutely no loss of pressure. Evacuated nitrogen. Pulled vacuum from both high and low sides with Schrader valves removed in case anything was pulled from system. Reinstalled valve cores, pulled vacuum again. Weighed in correct charge, 55g, of R600a. Compressor operating and cooling properly. Pressures at -8 low side, 60 high side. Compressor amp draw at 1.2 amps. Checked equalization pressures, equalized at 40psi after approximately 10 minutes. Suspect possible floating restriction.Called tech line spoke to Brandon case #21399200. Got everything documented. Advised for customer to monitor refrigerator and call is problem returns."

Checked and ran diagnostics. Ran all fan and compressor tests. All fans operating properly with no issues and compressor operating quietly. Changed defrost settings o every 8 hours. Both condenser and evaporator fans have been replaced. Unit actually began making noise while there. Seems to be coming from refrigerant tubing vibration. Ordering insulation sleeves for tubing. Complaint suspension issues are suspected F0e5 f0e1 error codes found. I found suspension is shot found gear case has a slight leak starting to occur oily bearing pack is starting to sound louder than what it should. As well customer declined repair today. Drain pump sounds fine.

Tested cooktop and found front right burner not burning correctly left rear not burning correct and right rear flame to high. Checked orfice and found not converted correctly causing flame to not burn right. Fixed all orfices to correct burners and unit is now burning and operating to specs

"Complaint of not drying completely intermittently. No errors in history. Ran normal cycle and unit is heating, ran in timed dry and heating. Verified venting is ok. Let unit run on timed dry for 10 minutes and heating properly. No issue found at this time. Suggested using on timed dry on any difficult loads. if a load doesnt touch sensor or wet clothes are wrapped up in dry clothes, it will end prematurely. Also if a load doesnt spin out fully from washer it will be more wet and need increased drying."

Ran unit and found error F5e3 unlock failure ran a cycle and found unit would get done to 8 min go to 5 quickly ramp up then count down to 1 very fast and shut off never spinning out clothing found if hold done start button at 1 min it would continuously spin then shut off. Found when running a drain and spin unit would have time to spin out clothing but time would still count down super fast and control relay would start clicking when spinning. when spinning fast noticed unit making a squealing noise coming from inner basket bearing. Tried to check bearing and see if anything was noticeable but could not see any sign of rust or leaking but bearing is going bad making noise. Unit is going to need new otter tub assembly with bearing will need extra time doing this by my self ; ordrng 1 W11460604 (Tub outter) and 1 W11316252 (Harness upper) and 1 W11550649 (Ctrl)
