"Complaint frost, snow and ice forming on left side of freezer door and rail assembly. I found complaint true. Customer stated it was also a little slow to make ice around that time as well. I found evidence of snow and frost. I suspect freezer door may have been overloaded or been overloaded when issue occurred preventing door from closing properly allowing humidity to enter into left side of freezer door area, causing issue to occur allowing cold air to escape at the same time slowing down ice production. Door is opening and closing properly as of right now no further issues reported by customer at this time."

"Tested washer and found unit not powering up and lid locked tested outlet and found gfi tripped reset outlet and still no power gfi light not coming on. Complaint dryer leaking water outside when running flowing a steady stream. dryer taking multiple cycles to dry. Dryer is still getting hot. I found complaint true. I found venting restriction is the cause no issues with the dryer found at this time. Disconnected vent from back of dryer unit producing proper airflow at this time. told customer if we come back for the same complaint we have to charge customer as venting is not part of the dryer. That is a house problem.

Installed new ui and main control on unit. Parts previously ordered by other tech. Test all buttons and functions after repairs unit working properly.

Unit replaced showed up with parts.

"Customer said unit started flipping breaker and wont come back on. Confirmed complaint. Found units wiring in junction box to microwave/oven combo was not installed properly causing wires to arc, heat up and melt wire nuts. The melted wire nuts cased the wires to arc on the junction box and ground short . Informed customer she will have to call electrician to fix issue. Called safety to report findings. 7741595753"

7741936101 file number install issue unit wedged in place causing tub to sink pop down causing upper spray arm to stick in one position leaking. All 4 leveling legs were all the way down as long as they could be I found front left leveling leg was broken due to install over tight and wedging causing damage. Per manufacturer and images presented to manufacturer unit damaged by installer.

I replaced all previously ordered parts. I tested operations no further issues found with washing machine at this time. No leak occurring at this time either.

Two point oven will not ignite. I replaced all previously ordered parts tested operations no further issues found.

"File number 7741943148 file number complaint over cooling in fresh food section making weird noise have to push doors closed intermittently when shutting or door will pop open after shutting refrigerator doors. I found ambient air temperature in home is 99? with a 60% relative humidity rate. I advised the customer that the operating temperature maximum is 92? minimum is 65? ideally temperature should be around 78? for proper operating temperature to occur. Compressor is currently operating at 230?F hot if ambient temperature is not lowered sooner will probably be looking at a compressor failure as unit is not designed to operate at these temperatures. Unit over cooling as fresh food zone cannot keep up uses temperature sensor to cool fresh food section down to desired temperature if thermister is not satisfied, unit will continue to cool until thermister is satisfied. Tech line advising to instruct customer. If we come back, Whirlpool advising to charge customer if temperatures are still excessively high causing issues with refrigerator. I replaced temperature sensor today. Corrected condenser fan motor where it was hitting, causing noise, stopping motor from spinning intermittently as well."

Fridge was unplugged upon arrival when I plugged the fridge in pressures were good at -7 and about 100 unable to diagnose it at this time needs reschedule. As it is cooling and all fans are operational. ; schdld next appmnt for 7/15 TUE AM

Traced wires from each valve to board and each live wire had connectivity common wire did not. Harness is discontinued, unrepairable, attempted to find another nuetral, but when jumped unit shorted. Now unit will not turn on. Nuetral had voltage, board was bad. Collected for service call only"

I replaced compressor charged with 53 g of refrigerant unit still was in a vacuum. Upon arrival. Unit producing a full frost pattern going all the way across evaporator core as of right now. No leakage occurring after charging system with 200 psi of nitrogen. Performing a sweep charge before charging with refrigerant and then vacuuming down system to -28.5 psi.
