"Cx complaint that the unit is not washing the dishes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f4e3 f7e1. I cleared the code and tested the unit for the cx. All components passed with no issues, the unit filled, washed and drain with no problems. The cx said he experience issues for a few days before I arrived. I attempted to run a normal cycle, the unit filled with water but there was no wash action. I tried the same with a 1 hr wash, . The unit needs a new control board to resolve the issues. "Complaint freezer door is sticking out more at the top than it is at the bottom. Bottom doors are flush at the bottom together. I found customer had a door shipped directly to them from unknown source originally wanted me to install door, but changed mind as it will more than likely not fix their cosmetics issue that they are having, also they would be required to wait 24 hours before they could open freezer door to allow gasket to re-Neil of new freezer door. Also by installing new freezer door, it could make issue worse or cause other issues to occur. No issues. Found other than cosmetics issues today. No cooling issues either unit has been making ice just fine no frosting. I did find water pressure was extremely slow due to a pinched waterline behind fridge adjusted waterline and fridge. No additional issues found."

Customer says they cooked in oven and after 2 hours console was too hot to touch. Called tech line spoke to Andrew SR# 7738174143, no service pointers or history of this issue reported. He said I could possibly add additional insulation that might reduce problem. Offered this option to customer, they declined and said they would try oven again and if issue returns they would talk with Lowes about replacing range."

"Customer complaint is the oven is not getting stuff done i pre heated oven to 350 degrees and when it beeped I was at 290 degrees I was able to calibrate the oven +20 and when I pre heated oven to 375 and it beeped temp inside oven showed range of 375 to 390. I showed customer how to calibrate the oven if needed. At this time oven is repaired. The other complaint is the LF burner will only boil water in standard pot with lid on it. The customer said it takes about 30 minutes to do so. If no lid is on it still doesnt boil after a hour. After speaking with tech support we agree nothing wrong with burner or switch the pot is larger than the burner and deep and if customer is putting a lot of water in pot and its bigger than the burner its sitting on is gonna cause longer boiling times. I advised customer to always use lid, if you reduce pot size the water will heat quicker. I think timing on how long it takes is A little off. "Cx complaint the that oven has intermittent re lighting for the bake and broil functions. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The cx said it has happen with bake and broil since the last visit. The pans are no longer in the bottom drawer to potentially interfere. I preheated the oven to 350 degrees, it reached the set temp with no issues. I let the temp settle and waited for it to re light. The unit re lit for the bake and broil function. I recommend the replacement of both igniters and the spark module to resolve their intermittent issues. I gave the cx a quote. They will consider and call us back if they want to repair the unit."
