Ran 2 minute cycle fine with racks out. Described issue as racks sparking. Explained as unit uses metal rails and metal racks that the wire rack and air basket are not to be used in any microwave mode, just the oven modes. Showed in user manual where it shows each method and shows whether racks can be used or not. No damage found to unit.Documented with safety.SR# 7741250529"

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Complaint complaint f not ngoing issues with door not sealing. On arrival door was taped shut and still had large gap at top of door. Raising front legs has narrowed gap difference significantly top to bottom. Had issue of n reforming gasket, unit is under n garage so gasket is very warm and magnet keeps sliding down side gasket, flipped gasket and just did the same with magnet sliding this made forming top of gasket difficult was able to get gasket up and door closed, using screw as a spacer to form top of gasket.With magnet issue and this being second gasket (original was torn) called techline.They advised to replace gasket again and to have items removed off of top of unit.Sr#7741402995Office to contact cs when parts come in to schedule return.; ordrng 1 W11501317 (Gasket)"

Missing safety shield wiring harness was not properly secured Past screwed in to gear case ever everything was hanging underneath.
