Let unit run thew step 12 and found water leaking from bellow due to ripped found inlet water fill not holding on the cold side and filling slow causing softener to stay in dispenser found when running the rinse cycle unit would leak from dispenser, unit would also shut down bf it could drain all the water from machine. Suggested replacing gfi outlet, is older and also suggested reposition drain system, has a string to hold up but is lower then rest of piping, looks like string just needs to be shortened."

"This is a built in combo wall oven/microwave unit. Replacing inverter/magnetron requires dolly and unit to come out and take 2x time to complete. Replaced inverter and magnetron. Replaced wave covers. In test could hear crackling and piece of metal pulled from upper wave guid area. Magnetron pulled had no cap, this was likely a piece of it. Could not see more but possible more in area, if reoccurs check for more fragments. Unit tested for a minute with glass of water and heater fine, no errors.; used 1 2x time (2x time) from stock"

"I replaced freezer door cycled icemaker, and diagnostics mode. Icemaker tested fine. Cycled water and diagnostics mode to icemaker filled icemaker. Just fine with water. Cycled water from door switch into a cup filled a cup with no issues installed an aftermarket filter that customer had provided. Aftermarket filter started leaking as it was not fitted right OEM filter restricted Not allowing barely a trickle to pass through it. Im like previous visit where it was flowing just fine replaced water inlet valve as well prior to everything else. No further issues found at this time. If customer calls back for low or no water pressure issue suggest replacing filter housing."

Was able to get the ice melted with a hair dryer and found a huge ice block in ice bin, confirmed that there is no excess water coming from valve or ice maker mold. Ice bin can not come out, was not able to remove ice bin. Will attempt to replace separator on return, if ice bin cant be removed without causing damage then Techline has to be documented.
