"Returned to install compressor and other parts last tech ordered. Found compressor not working. Installed new compressor and inverter board. Pulled vaccum and charged unit. Found compressor not coming on. Foudn power to compress, checked prongs on compres and one start leg not showing any resistance. Bad compressor. Hooked up old compressor to new inverter and unit still not cooling. Needs new compressor due to faulty compressor. When opening cmpressor box found outer box was right side up but inner box was up side down. Put compressor right side up at home for one hour prior to arriving on job. Installed control board while working on compressor. Leaving valve and separator with customer. . Getting Robert to allocate parts properly per his ticket , parts arent on my ticket. Informed customer new compressor will need to be ordered. "Complaint of unit stopping mid cycle, not turning in n unless cycling at breaker. Removed back and checked wiring, everything good, no shorts found and no burnt wires, plugged in to operate and wouldnt start. Went to breaker and is in on position ( cs says when cycling breaker it was in on position as well). Turned off and noticed water in switch. Water is dripping from breaker box. Stopped at that point, showed cs. Water at breaker box would need to be rectified before any other testing could be done. Explained that tripping breaker mid cycle like it was could be a bad breaker and with water inside breaker switch itself, the breaker should be replaced. Per office no charge"

Attempted to clear line, 2 full steamer full of steam and still clogged over half warming interior of door and rest trying to blast through fill line. One last steamer full and line cleared. If happens in future can try warming interior with hot wash cloth, hair dryer or turning unit off, but is operational again at this time.No answer with landlord, added 70 labor payment to credit card on file"
