Cx complaint that the unit is not heating. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit has power and starts cycles but there is no heat. The magnetron reads 2.1 ohms and has no continuity with the chassis. I replaced the magnetron with the ordered part just in case and tested the unit. Still no heat. The diode and capacitor do not have any visible defect. I can smell a burning smell while the unit ran with the cabinet off. The unit needs a new capacitor and diode to resolve the issue. "Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench.F8e1, f0e2. Long fill and over suds errors, cleared history. Ran service test and each fill valve looks to be running fine. Ran quick wash cycle and went through fill cycle fine, filled agitated, drain and spin out fine. there was an excess of suds in unit in unit.Cs says unit has been running endlessly while showing only a few minutes remaining.Explained timer is just an approximation. If unit is out of balance it may make numerous attempts, or if sensing water in tub, or suds make it thinks there is it will affect timing. Same as when running empty it decided it was done when timer was at three minutes, normal operation. Ran a few times to help remove suds and left running a clean cycle, without any affresh. Cs does have some affresh to use and does clean unit. Unit has auto detergent dispensing and is using he liquid soap. Also uses spray stain fighters. Suggested cleaning if sees suds still in unit."

Continued attempts did free fan blade enough to grind again, but source of issue is a clogged evap/fan assy.Cs has had failure repeatedly and repaired numerous times, but has been running for over a year since last repair. I explained to cs that we would start with the evap cover again as that is the fix from Samsung for this issue. Drain has been done, evap cover several times and main control. Explained many unit work flawlessly, a small number have this issue and repair fixes it and some of those repaired, keep having issue.Quoted for evap cover/labor, offered to steam clear evap for just labor, but said my confidence of the longevity of a repair with this units history is questionable. cs denied repair.Collected for service call."

Found that the stove outlet is in the same line as the refrigerator pulling higher current then what the breaker can handle. Refrigerator 7.10amps and Range 15amps = 22.1amps in total on a 20amp breaker. Customer mentioned that the electrician said that this wouldnt be a problem. "Customer complained unit stopped cooling. Upon arrival found compressor not coming on, ran serve test 40 on step 3 compressor not getting power from Orion board all fans working . Power to Orion board and refrigerator has proper power. Called techline. Sr#7738237831 techline said unit probably has leak. If unit is leaking it will blow thermal fuse. Found unit was low on Freon. Charged system with 140psi. Found dropped to 137 after 30 mins. Bubble checked all braze points, no leaks detected. Checked evaps no leaks detected. Though bubble test found leak near cap tube entering frame but couldnt get picture in time and cant get to repeat. Unit must have leak opened up in frame. Called tech line back. Tech line putting in for review. Informed customer of unit being deemed non repairable, someone will reach out to them in 3-5 days."
