"Unit unplugged on arrival. Wouldnt start cycles for customer. They had replaced lid lock. Plugged unit in and pulled connector out of lid lock and reinserted. Tested positive n drain and spin and unit locked and went into cycle. Cancelled and ran normal cycle, locked and let cycle run through sensing and into wash. Fill, agitate, lock, spin and drain all functioned fine in testing. Unit took a wet load into full speed spin fine. Only issues found is touch panel can be a little finicky, but did do everything I wished, just had to press a couples times once in awhile. Drain pump is bent in on itself as it enters stand pipe, would suggest replacing/correcting that, else everything worked in testing as normal."

"Rework. Complaint refrigerator leaking still even though previous technician replaced Pam assembly in refrigerator section. Previous technician also stated that once weight is applied the lower drawer would become easier to slide in and out. Metal was never put back together properly. I found all complaints true found drain tube was frozen over Causing water to leak. Found drawer assembly lower most bin was never put back together properly steel bar was locking up bin, preventing it from sliding. Absorbed all water defrosted drain tube re-attached bin holder assembly properly. Everything now working as it should be."

Complaint that it started cooling properly but after a ween started loosing the cooling. Customer mentioned it gradually lost cooling. Found no cooling again as before the repair. Verified any leaks in the evaporator and condenser side and all normal . Found a very small leak in the copper tubing thats at the same location tied to the capillary tube going in the cabinet. Complaint refrigerator making a noise that lasts less than 30 seconds randomly all day all night I found noise is caused by vibration of condenser on the bottom of the refrigerator because the noise lasts for so short of time tried to adjust the best that I could the legs of the leveling of the machine And adjust condenser coil itself. Had to go between test four option five multiple times to get unit to make the noise was able to duplicate many times. I believe I was able to successfully make noise disappear.
