"When I arrived the customer had unhooked the drain hose and fill hoses i reattached them to unit and ran unit on normal cycle both valves are opening and closing there are no leaks with outer tub or drain pump or internal drain hose or clamp. There is no back up at the stand pipe. The valves are not leaking, no fault codes present. The pressure hose In place and pressure switch is operating correctly. Ive ran the twice for 15 minutes and there are no leaks present anywhere and customer is here watching the testing of the unit. At this time unit ran and checked ok with no leaks Call complete"

Checked freezer door and top corners same thing foam had gotten pushed out of the corners lifting the trim up and getting foam all over the stainless not coming off tried to scrape with a plastic paddy knife and it still imbedded in there, customer is not happy with looks and the way the trim is lifting. When I ran unit I spin the control leds would black out and then come back. Then In the middle of spin cycle the control blacked out and when it came back on it started the spin cycle over again. When unit started not spin the lights on the control got dimmer the suspension rods and cam as well as gear case are all good. Could see where water had been thrown over the top and running down inner back wall. Customer also stated that there was a small amount of water on the floor from previous use. The unit spins fine agitates fine I explained to customer about redistributing the load. Im gonna order control because it may be possible that its tryin to spin without the neutral drain. "Unit is under 1yr wp warranty. We replaced compressor for sealed system issue. Since repair unit make a high pitched whine and growling noise. We came back and added perms gum to cap tube at evaporator. Cs says sounds have not changed. On arrival unit was in defrost, so defrost function verified.Unit kicked on and compressor & fans running. Unit does have some me gurgling and some whine to compressor, lower high and a little higher noise, nothing abnormal for unit heard. Drier was already at a 45 angle, increased a little bit, but no difference to noises.Called tech line to document. "Checked over unit and found both sections warm and not cooling found fridge blowing warm air, placed unit into a diagnostics cycle and checked compressor found compressor drawing .05 amps and not pulling any heat from condenser, placed unit into a diagnostics cycle and 3 way valve is activating but not pumping any Freon threw system unit had a potential leak. Used uv light and noticed oil in drip pan checked condenser and connections are super corroded but looked to be sealing checked over all other connections and could not see any leak the leak could be in cabinet. Advised customer on issue advised condenser should be replaced due to corrosion and finding the leak may be hard, advised parts are also not in stock and not available to get customer will replace fridge"
