"No error codes present at this time, dryer vent smashed between unit and dryer by installers. Ran a quick cycle and when unit was filling it did stop and and was paused during the sense/fill. Cycled power to the unit and recalibrated control via diagnostics. Unit drains and spins fine and tried running another quick cycle. Noticed that there is a moment of pause during the sense and fill. "Customer complain dryer is heating, but takes multiple loads to dry. Upon arrival found unit is in hole design for dryer. Had to pull unit out to check exhaust cannot check exhaust when unit is slid in. Ran electronic dryer vent test kit airflow poor when hooked up to home vent. Ran with vent off, passed with proper air flow. Informed customer vent line is either getting kinked when pushing unit back(in which I cant check the way it is designed) or vent line in home needs to be cleaned or repaired. Informed customer it seems like vent line is getting kinked when pushing back but cant confirm due to design flaw. Informed customer unit working as designed and issue is the home exhaust not unit. Needs to have builder to look at exhaust issue. Verified proper operation when not hooked up to home exhaust line."

"68 g r600 upon arrival temp in fresh food section was 44 degrees freezer was 3 degrees unit was set to warmest temp possible customer stated unit used to freeze milk and they forgot that they had set unit to warmest settings possible customer stated that the reason for them calling in for repair is refrigerator seems to run longer than their old refrigerator that they have in their garage and ice cream is soft. Advised customer that by setting refrigerator to warmest zone temperatures will be warmer, causing soft ice creamset refrigerator back to recommended settings temperature in fresh food should be around 38 to 40? temperature in freezer should be around -2 to 4?. Noise customer was complaining of was due to vibrational noise caused by evaporator fan motor, no compressors or sealed system issues found at this time as evaporator has a full frost pattern going all the way up all the way across and all the way back."
