"Customers v complained after running unit noticed drum started slowing down and now is barely turning. Upon arrival ran unit and unit was running as designed. Checked inc,omg voltage all voltage good. Motor was good , belt secured correctly, belt pulley good and drum rollers good. Heater was cycling on and off at proper temps. Unit finally slowed down found harness to motor had and pin in the harness to motor that was slightly loose causing motor to loose power intermittently for an instant. Was able to push pin in harness with pin tool to make good connection. Pulled on wire to make sure it was connected properly l,verified proper operation and watched unit run with heavy load for 10 min."

"Unit lid was locked so customer couldnt get model serial number. Found unit was under warranty and customer had closing disclosure for new build. Customer complained unit started shaking badly and bent outside of unit. Wouldnt unlock. Upon arrival took pictures of cabinet damage. Found on of the shocks plastic retainers had broken causing shocks to fail and unit get off balance during spin damaging cabinet. Ordering cabinet, suspension shocks, absorbers for Cabinet and lid lock and 2xtimeframe if possible. Informed customer part will be shipped to home. I found no error codes and checked the use and care guide for any specific details about the pet pro setting. There are no modification that can be made to the pet pro process. "Cs has thermostats in rf in deferent positions. Sometimes gets almost 20 degree difference between sections. On arrival both on top shelf and showed around 44. Measured mid shelf under food and 38. 43 top. Freezer at 2. Found right side gasket not sealing along mullion, outside edges all good. Reformed and sealing. This gasket was replaced previously for tear. Cs to monitor. If still issue replace gasket."
