I found control has failed. I replaced main control. Customer stated they have been having issues connecting unit to Wi-Fi Wi-Fi needs to be 2.4 GHz. I suspect issue lies with network type as unit appears to be connected to a 5 GHz network only. No further issues found ovens are both preheating fine now with no further issues."

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Unit door would not open block. Was locked on arrival. Started a drain/spin cycle and after a couple attempts the lock unlocked. Left door open so cs can access clothes. Customer says it was also giving a draining n code and is not satisfied with drain pump being unavailable for customer to access. Emptied and tried quick wash, failed when trying to lock.Will order door lock and drain pump. Unit is a stacked unit that would require 2 person to be able to replace drain pump.
