Cx complaint that the units oven is not working. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the cooktop works fine. The igniter glows but it does not light a flame. The igniter is getting 121v from the control and at the igniter but 3v are found on the opposite end going to the regulator. The unit needs a new igniter again. I quoted the cx for the repair. They will call us back to fix it if they decide to do so.
