"Checked and found compressor running. Took amp draw, compressor pulling .46 amp while running. Checked running pressure, high side at 100psi, low side in vacuum. Unplugged refrigerator, pressures equalized at zero. No refrigerant in system. Used UV light, no evidence of new leaks. Using nitrogen, pressurized system to 250psi. Used bubble solution to check all solder joints, no leaks found. Allowed to sit under pressure for 30 minutes. No drop in pressure.Called tech line spoke to Rob SR# 7741496338. Advised him of all work done and parts replaced. Also of all findings today. He determined refrigerator has an internal leak and has submitted for review and replacement. Advised customer that she should hear from Whirlpool in 3 to 5 business days."

Found insulation had burnt is several spots in rear of unit, by both bake elements, by locking motor for lower oven and some along top of oven. Heating elements ohm out fine and no shorts on control found. Unit is on front porch. Cs had extra long plug on unit and was able to plug in, did not repeat any smoking, upper oven bake worked fine lower oven not getting voltage. Would require control board , but insulation is not replaceable. Assuming unit overheated to cause insulation to burn.Called safety with findings. Documented findings and they will reach out to cs."

Turned temp up a degree in both section, cs to monitor"

"Confirmed Main relay stuck or open error, attempted to replace control, lower wires that go in bottom of control are not visible when looking from the top and extremely short. So when trying to plug in wires its impossible to know if youre in the right connection. After replacing control ui was unresponsive. Was able to enter diagnostics and now receiving a loss of communication between ui and control. F6E2. Unit is sitting on a flood pan and tied to house, in order to ensure that all wires are going to the correct position unit will need to be pulled out to get the back panel of. Will need a 2x frame, Will need a second technician. Wires are way too short. Control is crammed in unit making it impossible to replace control unless you get the back panel off.; ordrng 1 W11327395 (UI) and 1 W11550669 (Control)"
