"Complaint that the washer is not cycling correctly. Found multiple issues and error codes F2E1, F9E1, F7E7 and F7E1. Found lid lock not disengaging. Unplugged lid lock to control and plugged back again and it unlocked but in diagnostic would not respond. Found broken wires to the drain pump. Tried running cold and hot but would respond on the valves for a second and would return to be unresponsive. Agitation and spin wouldnt respond either. In stalled new control then in diagnostics test 89 turned heater on no function tested heater for resistance open line. Compared reading to new heater new heater was open line as well called tech line tech line confirm I should have around 30 k ohms on heaters. Neither heater is testing good verified meter functional properly. Cut out fuses on on new heater confirmed the new part was delivered faulty. Once citing the fuses out tested heater had 32 k ohms. Bi metal is functioning and thermistor all test properly the heater is 100% the issue as well as being defective. Spent over an hour is home testing to find heater defective ; ordrng 1 W11267071 (Heater)

The other thermometer was reading ultra low. No further issues reported by customer. Heater 36.2 defrost sensor 9.01k ohms @room temp new sensor 2.201k ohms other new 2.209k ohms. Complaint unit makes a loud noise that last no more than five minutes at a time every other hour sometimes every three hours noise is very intermittent and very rare when it occurs but very annoying to the customer. I tested all fans. I tested damper controls found a straw had gotten stuck. Lodged inside of damper control removed tested operations no further issues found customer is in a wheelchair and is disabled and could not access top shelving unit to even see anything was in there. Also found defrost issues starting to occur. I defrosted the evaporator core could have also been causing intermittent noise placed unit in test mode seven option two. No further issues found with refrigerator today.

Complaint no lights in the top of the refrigerator or in the freezer zone before lights failed they were Stroing randomly. I found that freezer light has failed completely but also found that theres still no voltage getting to any of the other lights at all on the top or freezer strand. Ordering LED light module control to fix. Will need to install LEDs upon re arrival leaving LEDs with customer. I installed all LEDs and confirmed that the freezer was the only one that was out. I checked voltages also shorted wiring to make sure no broken wiring checked all pin connectors going to LED multiple times. Top LEDs and freezer are the only lights not working all the rest are.; ordrng 1 W10830288 (Control)
