Complaint that the washer leaked water and flooded the basement. Verified the unit thoroughly. Pressure hose was intact and clear from any debris. Removed back panel to access and tub not cracked nor leaking. Drainage and pump not leaking. Ran three diagnostic cycles and water valves not leaking. Ran a quick cycle and tub wouldnt stop filling. It reached a few inches from the top of the tub which is not normal and was tested on the auto fill setting and not the deep fill. When running a quick cycle I let it cycle through the wash til it came to the rinse. The drain activated but there was too much water in the tub that only drained half of the tub and rinse kept filling and I had to cancel the wash cycle. "Complaint that the unit is not draining properly. Found error code F9E1 long drain. Ran diagnostic cycle and drain and lid lock working normal but in normal cycle none are responding. Tried drain and spin, quick and normal and will not start. Did hard reset and only spin and drain wound respond. No blockage in the pressure hose. Control Board not responding to any wash cycles. Refrigerator is located in Southminster retirement facility in resident apartment. Top mount refrigerator with add on ice maker. Maintenance said first ice maker they installed was not the correct one and that connection was forced together. Maintenance got and installed correct ice maker but connection damaged. Ice maker will cycle but no power going to valve. Customer says they are not going to repair and will replace refrigerator.

"I called customer to turn on her oven to 350 and put her meat probe in oven . took a photo of what shes trying to take readings with.Took photos of temps on her meat probe. Top was 352 low was 332. She thinks now the low is to low. Top temp is 352. I find the temps are good and is calibrated, if I bring temps up or down she not going be happy. Highest reading on her meter is perfect 352.She doesnt understand it will fluctuates and thinks it should only fluctuate 5 degreeSo I asked what do you want me to do . she says a new stove I explained I cant do that explained temp are good if I go higher it will be to hot And left temps as they were.I said calibration is in the owner manual something a customer can do.Its either to high now to low took photo of temps she took top 352.
