"They had vent cleared and still taking longer to drive then it used to, unit is tumbling, heating and with good airflow to the vent box installed on vent line, they clean it regularly.. running cycle on arrival. Extended tumble, cottons (regular temp) and cottons sensor dry.. unit functioning fine. With decent flow still removed lower vent and that was not cleaned banged out and had substantial amount of lint. Unit is functioning properly so may have been enough to reduce flow below usual efficiency. Suggest with use to clean/replace once a year. lolWas a bit of lint behind/ under unit, not all from cleaning vet, swept up. No additional charge."

"Tested washer and found unit would spin but not agitate. Entered diagnostics, no stored error codes. Ran manual test for agitate, can hear actuator buzzing but not shifting. Checked under washer found significant amount of oil on pulley, belt and other components. Replaced actuator from t/s in an attempt to make washer useable until return visit. Still would not shift. Will need gear case and related parts. Requesting P&A for gear case, cam, and belt, agitator and extra time. "Water in drain pan. Stacked unit, no holes found leak n boot, took off sprayed by and checked internally and no leak found there. Was able this slide unit enough to remove back cover.. ran normal cycle. Went through fill and into agitate, let run for several minutes. No leak found other then a couple drops from hot supply line connection. Some signs of past leaking (stains/ water mark)out front by door, likely from the unclean door glass, but not leaking in testing. Ran quick wash, all functions tested and unit not leaking . No active leaks found."

"Unit is leaking in rf section gathering under deli tray. Forming ice sheet. Back wall was wet and water stains on lower left corner of evap cover. Pulled unit out and drains are clear. Quoted for clearing ice/drain.Pulled everything out and removed cover, drain only had a little ice on it and was not clogged, steamed and ran water down it and verified reaching drain pan.Has a lower filter assy, icemaker not, no water dispenser on unit. Could not advance icemaker, but pulled out filter assy and no water or stains under or on assy. Cleared out ice sheets and water under deli pan. Cs to monitor if leaks occur again."
