"Replaced console, still no operation. When removing the main control I found wires to the harness j17 ripped out of plug to j17. Could be why there was a pop sound then no operation. Both washer and dryer are sitting on a leak pan, the pan is big enough that both sit on the pan. Product will need to be accessible in order to repair.SR#7740590858.
