Complaint unit will randomly stop cooling and then the next day everything will be back frozen again and cooling perfectly fine. Issue is random when it occurs usually itll be for a 24 hour period of time when it stops cooling no noise no nothing. I found upon arrival heating element is warping OWI sensor has moisture condensation. Inside of sensor sensor appears to be cracked. Drain lines are not full of grease but full of mold mildew customer pre-washes dishes every time made service also pre-washes dishes if were loading dishwasher. Dishes per customer always come out dirtier than they are going in temperature of water incoming is 118? after five minutes of running hot water. Customer did bump hot water tank up a smidge upon departure cleared F 7E1 error code. And F6 E2 customer is using gel detergent and rinse agent jet dry customer leaves door cracked open at the end of every cycle after dishes have been removed from dishwasher and does not leave dirty dishes in dishwasher for more than a few hours per customer sounds like customer is doing everything correctly ; rqstng P&A on 1 W10703867 (Heater) and 1 WPW10705575 (Owi sensor)
