"Complaint unit not working properly. I found condensate pump is leaking from around the seals motor housing assembly when unit is attempting to drain. Also see issue has been going on for a while as frame is severely rusted all around condensate pump area also found water inlet valve is also leaking when pressurizing pumpmanually. Unit will need water, inlet valve and condensate pump found the resistance value empty of reservoir of water level sensor is out of range. Tested voltage to unit and 240v present 120v on each leg checked main cntrl and found 120v to control relay when starting relay would click but never come on. Ran a diagnostics cycle and unit would run and heat up, factory reset unit due to model and serial where not in control panel, after factory reset unit came on and is now starting and working normally. Advised customer and they are not happy with unit it keeps having issue after issue and would like the unit to be replaced with new or something else. Ran harvest and fill fine. "Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Cs says unit not spinning or draining. We replaced control last month for not spinning out properly. Ran rinse cycle on arrival. filled, agitated. Cancelled and drained fine. Ran spin cycle, locked and spun, but does not get into high speed. Drain pan has a crack in it on arrival, took photo. Lower unit inspection, it has a belt that is quite loose and there is oil spray.This is a combo unit.Was able to get agitator screw out but not able to get agitator out. "Arrived, found washer unplugged and full of water and clothes. Plugged back in, tested washer would not drain. Customer says two other companies have been out and told wires were broken and they repaired but problem keeps returning. Removed water from tub and checked. Found wires to drain pump broken. Wires had been spliced together at least 3 times previously. Found wire nuts, butt connectors and electrical tape under washer. Removed and replaced lower harness. Reassembled, plugged washer in, drain pump immediately started. Washer drained completely but drain pump would not shut off. Unplugged, allowed to sit for 10 minutes, plugged back in. Drain pump started and could not cancel. Requesting P&A for control.
