I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle, no leaks were found. All components passed with no issues. I started a normal cycle, when water was dispensed I found the leak from the detergent dispenser drawer. It was sitting crooked causing water to build up creating the leak from the detergent dispenser area. It needed more water to reenact the leak. Customer complaint is that ice cream was rock solid. Customer had ice cream in freezer for approximately 1 month. Verified temperatures in both sections and temps checked ok. Found package ham blocking thermistor in freezer. Some dust buildup on condenser. Cleared and advised customer to keep thermistor clear from being blocked.

"Gearcase leaking water bearing locked up tub sounds like a gravel road when spun by hand I found F3e3 inlet temp fault f7e1 tachometer missing signal failure f9e9 unknown error drain f5e4 latch failure error codes on new ui in fault history upon boot up same as old ui after unplugging all wires from lower unit that have been water damaged original ui was locked up until I unplugged everything from underneath drive motor, actuator, drain pump, unit will need gear case main control drain pump drive motor actuator cam assembly wash plate will have to be broken to remove as it is seized and spanner nut to fix. I replaced ui today and left everything unplugged under ui going to lower end. Drain pump resistance is 26.8 ohms hi resistance should be around 19 ohms causing damage to main control. I found corroded harness as well due to water damage caused by Gearcase leaking. "Cx complaint that the units blower fan is not working. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the retracting motor works fine, it goes up and down. The blower motor is not getting any voltage neither is the switch. Schematics say 120v should be coming from the brown wire connected to the switch at the plenum motor housing. The unit needs a new switch to resolve the issue. The cx is still concerned about the vibration when unit descends. It is fine when it goes up but vibrates towards the end of the descent. Im ordering the parts for the blower fan but the influential parts for the vibration are are serviceable parts (tracks, slides, inner housing etc.).
