I also found some sticky substance on the top of freezer gasket to the point where it was acting as glue pulling gasket away from frame. I reattached gasket at bottom I also wiped up and cleaned the sticky substance and now the gasket is touching frame. I also advised customer to always close the door by grabbing center of handle and pushing shut securing it. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete)

"I installed the ordered part and tested the unit for the cx. The unit did not spin during a service cycle or diagnostic cycle. I ran a manual spin test and lifted the lid and found the washplate is spinning independently from the basket. The hub drive is stripped. I removed the washplate and attempted to replace the hub drive, its seize to the gear case. The gear case shaft is worn out as well. The unit will need a new basket, wash plate, gear case and hub drive to resolve the issue. Im ordering the parts for the return visit. "Cx complaint that the unit is still not preheating efficiently. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The broil still works fine but the bake function is not lighting. There are no pan or dishes in the bottom drawer making contact its the igniter. I noticed the igniter is not sparking while its clicking. I replaced the igniter with one from TS. The unit preheated fine. I tested it with the cx 3 times (350 & twice at 400). I let the unit reach the set temp then opened the door to let it cool down and start another preheated cycle. The igniter sparked immediately every time after installing the new one. The cx wants to repair the igniter by himself, he will buy and install the part. I removed the new part and quoted the cx for the repair just in case he wants us to repair the unit.; ordrng 1 WPW10324262 (Igniter)"

"Customer complained unit still collecting on top of freezer door gasket. Checked gasket on all doors and gasket is sealed properly, put dollar bill in galsket and closed all door and seal is tight because dollar cant be pulled dont easily. Mullion is not hot to touch. Doors are level, on last call had put food grade sealant in small gaps in frame at door and effected area, sealant is still in place and has closed up area. No water is draining from anywhere, no drain lines closed and no water anywhere else. Called techline, was on hold for over an hour but was ahead of schedule so stayed on hold. techline had a fix due to new issue no service pointer yet, was told to order 2x part #w11159728 foam gaskets and was emailed instructions. "I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit. Still no water dispensing into the IM. I checked voltage at the control. P3-4 & p1-2 at the control has 122v when water is dispensed but nothing when water is sent to the IM. I assumed it was a control issue for not having voltage at the p3-4 & p1-2 connectors. When I left the unit I looked at the tech sheet again and seen power going directly to the IM not from connector of the water valve. I called techline to document the issue, they recommended trying the airmen again and checking continuity of the tan wire from the IM to the valve. The issue is not the control board. Im ordering another IM and will check the tan wire for voltage and call techline again if there are issues. Im ordering the part for the return.; ordrng 1 W11546935 (Ice maker)"
